I really would like to recommend this software to my friends and acquaintances for their music and audio interface. All I can say is, its all worth it from beginning to end! Pros The interface overall is highly competitive to leading audio platforms and has the capability to edit single waveform. All effects and presets really gets you going and has all your favorite taste of the sound from filters to enhance the core content. It gets the job done from music production to pod casts to radio production etc. Creates a wide range of association of video editing stuff too. Cons Some plug ins (VST, VST3) are not compatible with the interface even though you've added it into the system manually but this doesn't stop me from using the interface because it has its own sets of favorites in it that will complement your music experience. Pros One of the things I like the most about audition is that is very friendly for the user, everything is very intuituve in comparisson to similar programs. The pluggins included are great, the automatizations and audio editing are very easy to use. Amazing features to EQ, noise reduction, etc. Cons I would like more extensive content in the area of recording and audio editing, its sometimes dificult to get a professional result with the options you have there. Pros I used this software to edit a homework interview, I really like that is inexpensive and easy to use. I really appreciate the trial version so I can see if it really fits my needs, and it definitely does. I'm considering buying the full version to start a podcast of my own. Cons In the beginning, it was a little hard to use, did not understood the change of panels, that when you click on audio it goes to the edition window, and then it jumps back to the record one. I wouldn't use anything else. Pros I've been using Audition for almost a decade now, for both recording podcasts and creating audio for videos. It is easy to use, robust (a real work horse), provides excellent preset tools for editing, and quickly renders the finished product. I don't use any other audio editing software. Cons I wish it wasn't as much of a memory hog as it is, especially when it updates. If you're using this, or any Adobe products, on an older computer or a computer with less than optimal RAM, it can grind your system to a halt. Review Source CG Carl G. But It's not my go-to DAW" July 19, 2021 3.0 The software's being packaged into Adobe Creative has made me feel safe in that I have a more intensive DAW, should I need it. If it were a little more accessible, perhaps I would have used it more. Pros I like that it's packaged within the Adobe Creative Cloud. For more serious audio tweaks, it would seem like it's quite capable. For most of the things I have to do for my work, Premiere Pro and Descript has been sufficient. Cons I don't like how the default shortcut keys are different from Premiere Pro, but that's really just my own preference. I'm sure they're customizeable. The distinction between editing audio files and editing multi-track files was also not immediately apparent. These dont make it a bad software, just one that had enough friction for me to avoid jumping in and learning it more. Review Source SA Serge A. J'ai entendu beaucoup dire que Logic est une bien meilleure option, ou même Pro Tools, mais il est difficile de contester la fonctionnalité d'Audition lorsqu'elle est accessible via le Creative Cloud. Pros Faible latence en général. la disposition multipiste facile. Les outils sont tout simplement incroyablement faciles à comprendre. La section de mixage a une bonne fonctionnalité d'envoi. There has never been something I wanted to do, that it couldn't do. Extremely mature software, great UI, and very stable. Cons Inevitably, its power comes at the cost of complexity. I could not have done so without it. Pros Audition works incredibly well to program radio shows. I am a music host for a public radio station and I began using Audition during the pandemic so that I could program shows without being live in the studio. I am able to build a show easily in the parts that I need to send to the station. I like how easy it is to drag and drop songs and then fade them into each other if needed/desired. Cons It would be nice if it were easier to convert files - I have to manually convert each song into the correct size wave file. I would like to be able to do this to a number of songs at the same time. Otherwise I find Audition fairly user friendly, especially for someone who is not super techie. Review Source MM Mostafa M.
