Pros

Nous recherchions un logiciel d'agenda en ligne qui permette de gérer une équipe. Chaque collaborateur a accès à son agenda, ou à tous les agendas. Les clients peuvent choisir avec qui ils souhaitent avoir un rendez-vous. Je consulte et je modifie mon agenda sur le PC et sur mon smartphone. Il est également synchronisé avec mon agenda Google privé. Nous n'avons pas besoins des fonctions SMS et financières.

Cons

Le look et les fenêtres devraient être adaptés aux chartres graphiques actuelles.

Cet outil est devenu un indispensable, notamment pour la planification de nos RDV clients et de nos interventions techniques. Nous apprécions particulièrement l'aide technique fournie par l'équipe de Multi-Planning et par \[caché sensible contenu\], toujours réactif et efficace. La relation client est super, l'équipe est à l'écoute !

Pros

La fonctionnalité de planification est intuitive et nous permet de coordonner facilement notre équipe. L'assistance technique est réactive et très compétente. Chaque fois que nous avons rencontré des problèmes ou des questions, l'équipe de Multi-Planning a fourni des solutions efficaces rapidement.

Cons

Certaines fonctionnalités peuvent être un peu complexes à maîtriser pour les nouveaux utilisateurs.

J'ai cherché un planning pour mes équipe pendant des mois et l'ai enfin trouvé. J'en suis très content et le dit à qui vent l'entendre.

La flexibilité, le rapport qualité prix, la visibilité et l'utilisation multi-support

Cons

La difficulté à se connecter avec le portable. Il faut s'identifier deux fois et pratiquement à chaque utilisation.

Après maintes recherches d’un agenda en correspondance avec notre activité de consultation (plus de 8000 rendez-vous par an pour 17 consultants) c’est Multi-planning.com qui a répondu et répond encore à toutes nos attentes. Nous avons pu le faire configurer à nos besoins notamment en fonction du type de rendez-vous ou évènements (23 au total) avec pour chacun un code couleur. Nous l’utilisons tous les jours depuis 8 ans et profitons de son ergonomie, de sa fiabilité, et surtout de sa facilité de fonctionnement. Je recommande sans réserve Multi-planning.com

Cons

Peut-être qu'il serait opportun d'augmenter la police de caractère pour une meilleur lisibilité des noms posés sur les rendez-vous

Nous gagnons énormément de temps avec Multiplanning et chacune des 4 collaborateurs de l'équipe y a accès en même temps !

Pros

La possibilité que les équipements de la plateforme soient considérés comme du "personnel" pour pouvoir gérer leur planning de réservation en interne. La facilité pour réaliser des statistiques d'utilisation par équipement et la possibilité de trouver le nombre d'heure d'utilisation par équipement et par client La facturation et la liberté de rentrer les articles qui concernent la plateforme

Cons

Certains petits bug mais corrigés par l'équipe mutliplanning !

Nous avions testé des logiciels ou nos clients pouvaient réserver eux mêmes les équipements mais ce n'était pas intéressant au vu de notre fonctionnement et surtout la récupération de toutes les données par la suite était moins simple et efficace !

Multi-Planning me permet de répondre à des besoins organisationnels et de gestions d'équipes sur le terrain. La connectivité est parfaite et me permet de suivre en temps réel mes techniciens.

Pros

J'ai apprécié la simplicité de mise en place au sein de notre processus pour nos rendez-vous clients. En moins d'une semaine le logiciel était conforme à 80% à nos attentes. Le logiciel est compatible avec tous les appareils. Mes techniciens sur le terrain apprécie la liaison des adresses avec Maps.

Cons

Le point faible pour moi est l'importation de nouveaux contacts. Dans le cadre de mes activités je dois en rajouter régulièrement et cela me prend beaucoup de temps.

Le multiplanning a permis de ne plus utiliser un outil qui ne permettait pas une synchronisation instantanée des modifications. Depuis que l'équipe l'utilise plus de problème d'oubli de mise à jour

Le multiplanning offre en un seul coup d’œil une bonne visibilité des plannings des membres de l'équipe

Cons

Certaines manipulations ne sont pas assez intuitives, pas logiques. Attention à l'accessibilité et le contraste visuel.

Je m'en sers quotidiennement, lorsque j'ai une question j'ai toujours un interlocuteur pour me renseigner ce qui est très important. Ce logiciel a de nombreuses fonctionnalités et nous permet également de synthétiser les informations sur le personnel ce qui est un réel gain de temps. Nous sommes globalement satisfaits.
