It's super easy for on-the-job training as well as quick remote support.

Pros

It's super easy to use: open the app on Android or iOS, communicate the 9-digit code you see on-screen with the back office, and the call starts.

Cons

The image quality is heavily dependent on the internet quality. There's not really much you can do about this.
