"Refreshingly simple transactional email platform — instant startup approval"

**Overall:** Signed up as part of a startup program for my SaaS platform (Bisnapi — an all-in-one business management platform for Indonesian SMEs). The onboarding was smooth: signed up with my company domain, filled out the approval questionnaire, and the support team was incredibly responsive. Mark from their team handled my application personally and had me up and running same-day. Haven't sent production emails yet (still in development), but the platform UI is intuitive, the API docs are clear, and the template builder is a nice touch for non-developers on my future team. Looking forward to scaling with them as we launch.

**Pros:** The startup program approval was instant — submitted my application via the Fin AI Startup Pack, got a response from their support team (Mark) within minutes, and had my Starter 50K plan activated in under 30 minutes. The pricing is extremely competitive for a transactional email platform: 50K emails/month with generous API limits (100K daily requests), 10 sender domains, and 250 templates on the Starter plan. The visual template builder and API documentation look clean and well-organized. As a solo developer building a SaaS platform, the DX-first approach with multiple SDKs and a straightforward REST API is exactly what I need.

**Cons:** SMS support is limited to USA and Canada numbers only — no Southeast Asian country support yet. Would love to see Indonesian (+62) SMS in the future. Also, the 7-day activity retention on the Starter plan feels short for debugging delivery issues — sometimes you need to investigate email problems that users report days later. Minor, but worth noting.

"Would not recommend"

**Overall:** Not good. Stay away from this company unless you do not care about your transactional emails delivery.

**Pros:** UI is nice although sometimes it is buggy. Used to offer a generous plan with no monthly fee (no longer) Supports responds quickly but it is not flexible.

**Cons:** Their spam review process is completely terrible. I received ONE spam complaint (from thousands of emails being sent for over half a year) and account was suspended within a few days when I was on holiday and had limited access to computer, which prevented customer emails from being sent. To reactivate email sending, their requirement was to add a recaptcha and email verifications using their add-on service, which is somewhat reasonable but obviously takes time to do. They did not enable email sending until the latter was implemented. They changed their free plan (Hobby) to $7/mo forcing users to pay a monthly fee instead of just overage and the Free plan is a joke now.
