Its very versatile and easy to navigate. Pros I definitely enjoy how in depth and easy to navigate the platform is. Using SAP has made checking inventory of certain parts, organizing service calls for our technicians and correcting billing issues on the back-end incredibility straightforward. Additionally, I like that I can customizability of the dashboard. Cons I think my one and only complaint is that SAP tends to freeze and crash often enough that losing the current work can be incredibly frustrating and tends to create errors on the back-end where things weren't able to process correctly, so then we have to go through and correct that.
