By integrating Plumsail, we could create impossible advanced features with SharePoint's default settings. Cons Some additional diagonal alignment options for online form controls could be welcome for the customization tools. We had a representative assigned to us that was responsive and friendly. Every company should be like this. Pros We moved from Microsoft Dynamics to Plumsail Forms on SharePoint lists. We're saving about 95% cost and users love it. We can also amend and update the forms ourselves and add functionality. Cons Excited to see what features they come out with next. Pros User environments of the plumsail forms are very good, also that help to pick items as drag and drop functionality, also it allows for customization of code with javascript, CSS, and routing options also. Cons The life cycle of the form, some events fire before load that causes a problem. Pros Plumsail is a very useful addon to our SharePoint environment (might be useful for others as well). Plumsail has given us the ability to create/modify our SharePoint Forms for better use and we are able to design better user friendly Forms. with Plumsail we have been able to program many complex functionalities that we wouldn't have been able to with out of the box SharePoint. Plumsail has the best support, we have multiple software’s that we use and subscribe to, but no support comes anywhere close to what Plumsail offers. I have recently started at a new company and have brought Plumsail with me. It has really made a big difference for us in data collection, and process automation. Pros Two things are tied for what we like best about Plumsail Forms. 1. How customizable it is. Having it driven by javascript really opens up a world of possibilities for automating and customizing forms. 2. Following the theme of point 1, any features that are missing or not working correctly Plumsail service or the community forum can usually either help fix what is wrong or having the ability to pay for a new feature is really fantastic. Cons Not much to complain about but if I were to say one thing, since we rely on these forms for our production environment, not having a 24x7 helpdesk to help fix issues has been a pain point. Usually the reply is quick but it is usally around 24 hours later. Our business in logistics is a24x7 business so at least having a acknowledgement and update available sooner would be great. That said issues have been few and far in between so it hasn't been a show stopper for us. This is a product that is expertly supported, continually developed and has performed flawlessly for myself and my customers for many years. Pros Due to the advanced features of Plumsail forms we have been able to build complex, easy to use, beautiful applications right in SharePoint Online. The ability to fire Power Automate jobs based on any imaginable criteria, dynamic forms based on field values AND user group membership, a fantastic GUI to create responsive forms for every platform are just a few of the features that we love. Cons Some very advanced stuff may be complicated, but If you are the developer, you must overcome it. January 19, 2021 5.0 My overall experience with Plumsail Forms is extremely positive. The best part of Plumsail is its customer service. Whenever we have any sort of problem or comment, the customer support team usually answers within a day and will continuously reply until the problem has been fixed. Pros The most impactful feature of this software is its ease of use compared to how much value it provides. With plumsail forms, we can create modern looking forms in a matter of minutes while giving us the ability to customize it with html,css and javascript if a more complex form is required. We create all our forms with plumsail. Cons Two things come to mind. The software requires you to use syntax in javascript that plumsail provides. However, Plumsail provides extensive documentation for the syntax and are always quick to reply if there are any problems. The second thing which might be new to users is that there are three forms for each list, a new/edit/display form. If the forms happen to be different, this requires the developer to keep track of what is different between each form. However, we have found several easy ways to deal with this using javascript.
