Great product, great customer service. We had a representative assigned to us that was responsive and friendly. Every company should be like this.

Pros

We moved from Microsoft Dynamics to Plumsail Forms on SharePoint lists. We're saving about 95% cost and users love it. We can also amend and update the forms ourselves and add functionality.

Cons

Excited to see what features they come out with next.

Overall I have used plumsail products (Public Forms, Sharepoint Forms, Helpdesk, and Documents) for the past 4-5 years. I have recently started at a new company and have brought Plumsail with me. It has really made a big difference for us in data collection, and process automation.

Pros

Two things are tied for what we like best about Plumsail Forms. 1. How customizable it is. Having it driven by javascript really opens up a world of possibilities for automating and customizing forms. 2. Following the theme of point 1, any features that are missing or not working correctly Plumsail service or the community forum can usually either help fix what is wrong or having the ability to pay for a new feature is really fantastic.

Cons

Not much to complain about but if I were to say one thing, since we rely on these forms for our production environment, not having a 24x7 helpdesk to help fix issues has been a pain point. Usually the reply is quick but it is usally around 24 hours later. Our business in logistics is a24x7 business so at least having a acknowledgement and update available sooner would be great. That said issues have been few and far in between so it hasn't been a show stopper for us.

I am astonished by the product. One of the best tools I have ever had for developing apps on sharepoint.

Pros

Eeasy to use, powerful designer, immediate response in SharePoint forms, Easy integration of JS and CSS, GRIDs, Accordions, HTML sections,...

Cons

Some very advanced stuff may be complicated, but If you are the developer, you must overcome it.

Plumsail offers more features and have gone such a long way to these days. SPJS Works just starts.

Pros

Using Plumsail, we have been able to construct and customize the SharePoint Form templates and make them more user-friendly. By integrating Plumsail, we could create impossible advanced features with SharePoint's default settings.

Cons

Some additional diagonal alignment options for online form controls could be welcome for the customization tools. It would require more format design work on my part to provide customers with some more information.

Great value, great product.

Pros

1) Far more features and flexibility than Microsoft Forms 2) Ability to customize via Javascript is fabulous. 3) Cost is VERY reasonable

Cons

Maybe I'd like a little more control on horizontal alignment of controls in a web form. I'd need to do some more forms designing to provide more specifics.

I personally have used Plumsail products for nearly 10 years now, going way back to on premise Sharepoint 2013. This is a product that is expertly supported, continually developed and has performed flawlessly for myself and my customers for many years.

Pros

Due to the advanced features of Plumsail forms we have been able to build complex, easy to use, beautiful applications right in SharePoint Online. The ability to fire Power Automate jobs based on any imaginable criteria, dynamic forms based on field values AND user group membership, a fantastic GUI to create responsive forms for every platform are just a few of the features that we love.

Cons

This is a fantastic piece of software. I cannot think of any Cons The licensing is affordable, the product is solid. Nothing negative to say.

Pros

Plumsail forms has several innovations in their SharePoint offering such as list and library controls that help elevate your form from something basic to world class. Speaking of world class the technical support are responsive and know their stuff and when you need a hand they save the day.

Cons

The price is great the editor is great the support is great there are no cons all our customers use plumsail and is a must have

A beautifully simple and easy product that’s allowed us to deploy public facing web forms easily and quickly to customers and with the power of 3rd party integrations. The product is now indispensable in our applications toolkit. We bought a subscription after just a few days. It’s really excellent

Designer. Ease of use. Quick to deploy. Integration with Power Automate. Preview. Multiple device layouts.

Cons

Weird bugs with bullet lists and HTML code showing in rendered pages. Lack of detailed customizing of the actual pages that host the Forms.
