Great company, great people, and awesome software, highly recommend it for chain businesses!

Pros

I think the best part of the dashboard is that it pulls a lot of data from all across the web, and does the job of 4 people. Reputation, Social, Analytics, and listing management.

Cons

There is not much to dislike about the dashboard, the only suggestion I have for the team is to have the onboarding process a little more hands-off. However, it was definitely a white-glove experience.

Reasons for choosing Blue Zone

I have only used the BZ dashboard so I am not sure what competitors exist.

Great people at the company and working with them is my favorite part of the journey.

Pros

What I like most about the dashboard is that I can basically be entirely hands-off with my rep management if I want. It does everything I need, so I can one-man army it.

Cons

It's good and does everything I need! Can't complain about anything.

Dealings with the company have been good. Quick responses and seamless integration/training experience.

Pros

I like only having one login for everything. All my social media, all my review platforms, etc, I can access with one login to the dashboard. I can site down and build, schedule, and send all my social media for the entire week and respond to all my reviews in a matter of 20 mins.

Cons

I can't think of anything I'd improve on. Looking forward to new updates to the dashboard cause they're always making improvements.

The Blue Zone team is efficient and so great to work with. They’re helpful and look out for what my business’s needs are. I highly recommend them!

Pros

I like that I can respond to all my reviews and send texts to my customers requesting reviews. I also like that my business listings are being updated and monitored. I’ve seen a huge difference in my business because of it.

Cons

Nothing. I love it! It’s quick and has a lot to offer!
