### " Exceptional Booking Management with Responsive Support"

My overall experience with BookNow Software has been highly positive. It has streamlined our booking process, reduced administrative workload, and enhanced our customers' experience. The software’s reliability and the exemplary support from the BookNow team have been instrumental in our business's operational success.

Pros

The aspect I liked most about BookNow Software is the user-friendly interface, which made setting up and managing our bookings seamless and efficient. The customization options are comprehensive, allowing us to tailor the software to meet the unique needs of Turn1 Sim Racing. Additionally, the customer support team is highly responsive and proactive, providing assistance whenever needed and ensuring our operations run smoothly.

Cons

The only area for improvement would be offering more advanced analytics and reporting features. While the current reporting functions are adequate, having deeper insights into customer behavior and booking trends could further optimize our business strategy.

### "Software that changed the game completely"

The team at Book Now software are phenomenal. Firstly, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] was the catalyst from the start to finish, delivering the demonstration, deployment and being on hand to this day providing a very professional yet caring attitude towards a business to business relationship with with of the most extensive knowledge of the industry I've ever witnessed. The support team, in particular \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], are absolutely brilliant and one of the most efficient teams I have worked with

the only downside at times can be Book now's reliance on utilising Salesforce as that brings limitations however, they do a fantastic job of constantly pushing the boundaries of their limitations

Both were very appealing, a similar price and it was a tough choice. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from Roller was absolutely fantastic and a good competitor. I would have to say the defining choice was made due to \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] from Book Now.

### "Potential to be the Best Out There"

The system is GREAT when it works, but there's issues. I've been exhausted from needing to come up with work arounds to various issues that arise, but I see the vision and the potential.

Pros

BookNow has the potential to be an everything app with booking, reporting, customer management, inventory tracking/management, POS, email messaging, automations, a responsive team, and so much more. Being based within Salesforce, you get access to a hugely powerful tool. There are a lot of features and the app continues to improve and grow in it's capabilities.

Cons

The app recently started rolling out an updated version of it's main POS system. We ended up being a guinea pig for the new update because the rollout was so close to our go live date, and it was disastrous. So many systems rely on the old version or breakdown, requiring workarounds on the fly, lost revenue with missed or glitched payments, and long load time for the staff POS page and the customer facing booking page. Support is helpful but is mainly based in the UK, so US Eastern businesses (especially weekend focused recreation businesses... their clientele) don't have 24/7 support with them. We're on our own throughout the weekend, or simply after 3pm EST with an issue for it to be resolved at 3am the following actual business day.

The potential the BookNow showed to do everything we needed was too great. At the time, it seemed like an easy win that would boost our sales considerably.

Checkfront didn't have an integrated point of sale system, so we had to double charge customers for the booking then any additional items they purchased. With BookNow, it's all one "order" and get's charged at once.

All the extra features I had no idea were possible to include in one system! It was surprising to see all the things you can do with this software.

Cons

It does take a bit of time to acclimate and adjust to all the intricacies of the software.

Pros

The customer support team was really helpful, friendly and fast. The software is very easy to use, and very customisable.

Cons

Sometimes, salesforce got very techie, and you needed someone with a lot of experience to customise this properly. And often if freelance, these cost a lot of money.

### "Massive Room for Improvement"

Where to begin really... BookNow easily has one of the worst customer service teams of any company I've ever interacted with, and I'm not just counting ticketing software. Initially our BookNow support requests were almost exclusively dealt with an individual called \[sensitive content hidden\] - easily the shining star at BookNow. He always responded promptly, knew the system inside out, created detailed videos to explain issues and how to fix them, etc etc But as time went on, our requests would be sent to other members of the team, and that's when the service took a huge dive. We would go days, sometimes weeks without responses to requests, almost every time we spoke to a member of the support team they didn't know how to fix it or really even how the system work, I had to actually explain how features in their own system worked on several occasions. We knew BookNow's standard had hit rock bottom when they started blaming our staff by name for things going wrong with their system whenever we would report something. We'd say something wasn't working and without even looking into it, we'd literally get something along the lines of "Well it must have been something Lewis has done" or "Lewis was the last person to look at it so he must have changed something" - no explanation of what the issue was, or how to fix it, just passing blame. Imagine phoning Google to report a problem and their response was to tell you a member of your team by name had broken it. Not only were they extremely unprofessional, but most of the time they were inaccurate - I remember once they blamed me personally for breaking something when I wasn't even in the country at the time. Appalling service aside, BookNow as a system started out okay but just declined over the 3 years we used it. There seemed to be major issues every week and certain features were so complicated to learn how to use. The problems got so bad that we informed BookNow we were going to have to leave because the mounting issues were impacting our bookings, our payments and overall our business. They told us a new version of their online booking system was launching (V3) and that moving over to this would solve all of our issues. A member of the BookNow team was assigned to us to help us set up V3. We immediately began building our new checkout until we encountered a problem. I spoke to the member of the team in charge of V3 and asked how to resolve it... but they didn't reply... ever. We emailed repeatedly over a period of months and they just continued to ignore us. We asked if anybody else on the team could help us and they told us only this person knew how to set V3 up. That was the final straw really, the system was unworkable and the person in charge of the one saving grace to rescue us from leaving couldn't even be bothered to reply to us. Thankfully we've switched to a different booking system now and the amount of time wasted on resolving issues has drastically been cut. I can't speak for anybody who has signed up with BookNow post-V3 launched as their experience may be a lot more positive, but I personally would never recommend BookNow to somebody.

Pros

Of all the ticketing software I've used, BookNow is without question the best for reporting and email customisation. Almost any metric I needed a report for whilst using BookNow, it was possible to do so. Same with building custom emails - while complicated and far too easy to break, the ability to customise email templates and triggers were definite highlights. I also really liked the mass scheduling system, it made planning schedules for the year across multiple products very simple.

Cons

\- Appalling customer service - Terrible knowledge of their own system from the support team - System broke on an almost daily basis towards the end of our time with BookNow - Difficult to deal with when we tried to leave - Ignored support tickets for weeks, at times months on end - It was possible to break the entire system by literally typing an apostrophe (not an exaggeration)

### "Great system for a Trampoline Park"

Being able to adjust the session times, capacity and price so easily is absolutely an game changer vs our previous booking system provider. The reporting aspect is much more personalised and detailed than what was previously available to us, so overall we are happy using BookNow Software

Pros

Coming into my third year of using BookNow Software and it has left our previous booking system in the dust. We are using it as the main booking system in a Trampoline Park and it works well for multiple ticketed areas, and also to manage our Birthday Parties. I have seen some tasks that have previously been quite tedious, made much faster using the BookNow Software's widgets in SalesForce (ie. Updating session times, creating new products etc) I must say the team are always happy to help, but also ensure that I have a good understanding of the system to ensure independence which is to vital when working in a time sensitive industry.

Cons

Updates can occasionally cause slight issues, but the team work hard to get these rectified quickly.
