Really appreciated how easy it was to get up and running. One of the easiest tools to get started using. Pros So far Cloud Defense has saved me time in that it is easy to use and combines multiple different tools that I would be typically switching between. Cons The GUI isn’t perfect but it has improved considerably since my first introduction to Cloud Defense. Had a few issues when I first started using the tool but was able to get everything settled fairly quickly. Pros Support is awesome! So far I’ve run into a couple of issues with getting up to speed using clouddefense but support is surprisingly quick to respond. For one of my issues I was able to hop on a zoom conference so they could walk me through part of the setup. I appreciate that they seem to actually care that I understand how their tool works. Cons Price is a bit on the high side. Would like to see it be a bit more competitive down the road.
