I matched with an amazing therapist at the beginning. It was the first major therapist/therapy I had utilized in quite a number of years. I was dealing with severe depression and anxiety, diagnosed PMDD and PPD.

Pros

I loved the daily access to my therapist. Having someone I could just text my feelings and thoughts out to at any time of day or night. Even if she wasn't responding right away, I knew it wouldn't be long.

Cons

The cost. I understand that it does take many major Insurances, however all I have is Medicaid. I am already on a limited income. For as long as I could, I stayed on the lowest plan they had, but ultimately cost was the ONLY deterrent for me.

The website was easy to use and understand.

The care was lacking. The professional I spoke with was nice enough but didn’t seem to have an urgency to hell.
