Pros The simplicity of the payroll software is quite striking. Easy to use and process payroll and do filing. You can set up multi subsidiaries which makes it easy to manage if you have multiple entities under one group. Cons So far nothing bad to highlight, I have experienced any issue yet since I started using it. Pros System was easily integrated with our currently main business platform and the transition from our old HR system was very smooth. Easy to navigate and manipulate the system. Cons Data migration from our old system had to be rework a bit to be imported in Uctivv, but in the end the migration was successful. We wanted an HR Payroll platform that fits our culture and flexible enough to adapt any changes throughout the year.
