He utilizado el sistema para administrar procesos como altas, bajas y movimientos de personal, expedientes de colaboradores, control de asistencia, incidencias, vacaciones, permisos, incapacidades, nómina, capacitación, evaluaciones, indicadores y reportes de Recursos Humanos. El uso de esta herramienta me ha permitido optimizar procesos, reducir actividades manuales, mantener la información de los colaboradores centralizada y facilitar el seguimiento y análisis de indicadores para la toma de decisiones. Pros La concentración de toda la información y procesos de mi departamento. Es un ERP sumamente integral.
