### "An emerging powerhouse and trusted partner in UCaaS"

We moved our business from Cloud Softphone to Ringotel. They are superior in every regard: call quality, feature set, support and pricing.

Pros

The most feature rich app platform for UCaaS, growing fast, actively developed, responsive to customer requests. Very easy and comprehensive white labelling process, great ongoing app deployment support and seamless API/integration process with our messaging and call platforms.

Cons

The rapid pace of development can sometimes produce unstable changes. Whilst they're resolved quickly, it can cause spikes in customer support enquiries. We would like to see more rigorous quality control processes and pre-release testing.

Cloud Softphone were missing key features that our customers were requesting and showed no appetite for developing them. Product development had stagnated since they were acquired by 8x8. Customers regularly complained about call quality issues that were impossible to research and diagnose with Cloud Softphone support, and we ended up bouncing back and forth between them and our PBX supplier. Moving to Ringotel not only gave us instant access to a range of features for which our customers were asking (and some that Ringotel have been willing to develop in response to requests from us and from our customers since migrating over). Not only that, but Ringotel's unique architecture where they handle the connection between the cloud and the user's device made it much simpler for us to deploy our own PBX without having to manage the complication of running a globally available PBX service. This not only unlocked additional revenue for us, but also means that we have greater control and visibility into call quality and can work more effectively with Ringotel support to get the best possible outcome for our customers rather than being stuck in the middle of 2 much larger companies (PBX supplier and Cloud Softphone), each claiming that the issue is being caused by the other.

### "Very Happy Customer"

Amazing. This is my overall experience. And being that the word Amazing is too short for this field, I have added more words. :)

Pros

Everything. The app, backend portal, price, honesty, and most of all, the customer support. If I ever have an issue I can send an email, and if it an emergency I can call. So in short, the whole product.

Cons

So far, nothing. This is a fact I am living with at the moment.

Ringotel was the only soft phone provider who offers a price per each app and did not enforce that you buy a bundle of 100 to start with.

After looking at the bigger brands i found Ringotel had more features that met what i was trying to achieve with the product for my clients at a much cheaper rate.

Cons

• No way to disable automatically checking for software updates in the desktop apps. Upon launching, the Ringotel application automatically checks for updates and prompts the user to install or ignore. • No way to disable software updates or force specific software versioning via the shell admin cloud portal. Would be nice to be able to prevent updating to newer versions, so that we are able to test new versions to ensure that they are bug free before our customers are allowed to update. It would be even better to force a specific version, so that in case the customer has any issues with newer version, we can force them to use a known-working previous version.

### "Best resellers mobile app "

Best mobile app we have used by far for our business, it has helped us to compete with the larger companies

Pros

The Admin consol and call quality is the best available to resellers

Cons

Not much faults here, I think they just need to work on the SMS part of the app and the contacts but its nit picking

From initial enquiry to full white label deployment, we have had nothing but good experiences with the Ringotel team and their product.

Pros

The hands-on support and white glove service is amazing. I have had any questions or concern answered immediately. The product itself is fantastic as well, and we have had no issues with it as a white label app for our customers. Price can't be beat in this space as well.

Cons

I have no real cons to share at this point. We would love a bit more integration to our platform, however this is no fault of their own, as they are developing this for all platforms, and they are receptive to all feature requests we have submitted.

### "Dependable calling in a space without dependability"

Pros

Administration is super easy. Built to integrate with a PBX with extensions configured already

Cons

You can't resend the access for a client without resetting the password. Not a huge deal because that is why they wanting it anyway. The client pass and extension pass are different so this does not affect the physical device.

If users want their credentials to be resent to their emails, generating a new one is more secure than sending an existing one. We needed a product to offer to our customers which had Teams-like functionality and feel but without the expense and the Ringotel offering fit perfectly. With an ever increasing list of very cool features I would be happy to say this is the best software in the softphone market.

Pros

The linked account offering multiple outgoing CLI options is a particularly nice feature. CRM integration is great and the remote hosted contacts list is very useful. The whole look and feel makes all the applications very user friendly and nice to use

At the time of writing this I honestly can't think of any

Pros

The company is really helpful and takes recommendations on board. The software is easy to use and they are actively improving it.

Cons

Had some issues in earlier versions of the windows software with it not being very intuitive and hard for users to understand. The new softer is much more modern and easy to use
