I would have a difficult time without this tool. Especially if the company keeps growing.

Pros

I can approve timesheets, assigned an outside rep to approve offsite workers timesheets. Additionally I can creates invoices and it can sync with QB.

Cons

When I first started entering projects and users it took some time to learn the system. You can customize many features and reports. It can get complicated but the support is great.

Pros

It has all the features a company would need from a software of this kind: scheduling, time tracking, cost, employees and projects details (easily customizable) and all kind of reports to see everything you might need from this program.

Cons

I have no cons ~ I'm working with my company for 7 years now and I've tested several similar software from an Admin position, none of those programs was so complex.

Pros

I like how easy this product is to use , can have someone working on many projects in one day and all the time is captured easily as well as expenses associated with each project. If you have a problem or need assistance the customer service time will come back with a solution in a timely manner.

Cons

It doesn't allow you to retrospectively put in data so you need to ensure the data is up to date and correct at the time of input.

Reason for choosing Polaris PSA

We liked the multi currency options.

Online Chat assistance was fantastic!

Pros

Online, instant Chat support is fantastic! If there is a user error or glitch in the system, it's really nice to be able to get it fixed in minutes. They are willing to do it for you or walk you through the process!

Cons

Sometimes you need the online Chat assistance to fix problems. It's a bummer that there are problems, but there are always problems with software.

It wasn't the software, it was me. I was having trouble login in. The software, once I opened it was so easy to use!

Nothing but 5 stars to the rep for solving the problem quickly and efficiently.

Excellent company that knows their product and is very customer friendly and service oriented.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to access, and if you do need help, their customer service and tech departments are friendly and solve the problem.

Cons

Really the only issues I have had were related to the browser that I was using. For some reason Google Chrome has some issue transforming text to print or saving the file.

Monitoring staff timesheets and time-off.

Pros

I like the Timesheet and the time off profile. Also the reporting profiles. In additions of setting up a new employees are less time consuming. Setting up increasing time off vacation every are also easy to set up.

Cons

Time-off profile. As you cannot combine the vacation time and working time while you are on vacation or sick.

Users and all line managers like the way of recording time bookings and review team members data, being administrator I have rights to correct their data and get desired reports.

Cons

Always there is a room for improvement, currently we are facing overshoots in manpower, I am finding a way how to control, if Replicon can help it would be great.

If I have a problem, which is usually of my own doing, the service team are always really helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Pros

The ease of use we have users in Paris and Brazil and London, all of whom find it easy and quick to use.

Cons

For me its probably more complicated than I need but having said that you don't need to use the complicated bits if you don't need to.

It helps our organization track time.

Pros

\- Ease of use for regular tasks. Easy report generation. Simple timesheet entry. Easy to do expenses.

Cons

Approvals - there are multiple ways to make approvals and it is easy to by-pass the correct approval paths by mistake. If you have multiple timesheets to approve, you have to use the back button a lot and it takes a lot of time. Batch approvals cause errors. Timesheets- I would like to be able to attach documents to timesheets. Similarly how receipts are attached to expenses. New user creation. I would like to "COPY" an existing user rather than have to look up how we set up a new user every time.

Pros

It is quite easy to use. Any time I have a question or an issue, I always get great customer support. They try very hard to resolve my issue in a timely and courteous manner.

Cons

Nothing other than a few things are a bit more difficult to figure out on your own. But as I mentioned, the support team always help me out so all is good.

Pros

I like Support service, and the program that easy to use. When you familiar, you will get that it's amazing!

Cons

Maybe, about the price of the program that is very expensive. But overall is great. Some feature does not support our needs, for example of the currency. We have to use EU currency in Thailand's Replicon as it cannot adjust to Thai Baht as we force to select just one. But our company has 3 main head offices in other countries. And it's different currencies.

some annoying issues that take very long to get fixed (e.g. lines not sortable on timesheets, progress bar missing, it took long to fix the tab for next field issue with auto save, etc.)

I have trouble adopting the G3 platform, especially when we evaluated and bought Replicon based on G2. I'm glad when we were able to return our data and input to G2.
