Ability to manage projects and time entry from the employees.

Pros

User friendliness, no product bugs that I have noticed, administration is easy, good set of standard reports

Cons

Missing functionality that ties resource allocations directly to tasks on a project, no standard reports that tie key pieces of information together (e.g. time off, holidays and resource allocations is available through the front end, but not available as standard or custom reports).

Pros

Its a quality product, not too hard to understand, extensive features that can reach most of the standards needed for a timesheet from different audit agencies.

Cons

The licensing is so confusing, most of the support staff doesn't understand it, it takes a lot of time to set it up so that it is productive for the wide array of features it has and just nit picking, it has its limitations when it comes to multiple layered projects.

Very good experience to date and we are exploring opportunities to expand the modules we use and optimize our current processes to more effectively utilize the features & functionality in Replicon.

Pros

It's very easy to use. It is intuitive for users entering and approving time as well as for administrators responsible for setting up projects. It gives us the flexibility we need to set up and manage different projects. The Replicon Support team is excellent and very responsive.

Cons

We currently struggle with reports and integrating Replicon data with data from other systems to get consolidated/integrated reporting on projects. We would also like to improve integration with our Financial system.

there is really nothing I don't like about the software. sometimes when they do an update, i find it easier to use the old methods better.

Customer Service is GREAT when I need help.

Cons

There is a lot of configuration we ask about that Replicon says that they can not do. We should not have to pay extra to use the Holiday Tracking. It should be used with Time sheets.

Page setup for printing current and submitted timesheets is limited and output is not clean.

Pros

East of use of products. Customer support staff is extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Any problems are always addressed quickly and efficiently. We use the TimeBill module, the Expense module, and just recently have added the Time Off module.

Cons

The only thing that I would really like is to be able to call at any time of the day or night like we used to be able to do. Now with Standard Support I am only able to call during our company's regular business hours. But I have learned to do that.

Happy with the program and support staff!

Pros

The program gives me everything I need to track time, expenses, billable and non billable hours. Reports are easy to download in a variety of formats.

Cons

Some of the program functionality isn't intuitive which can be frustrating when trying to set up new employees, or prepare new reports. That said, live chats with Replicon support staff work effectively.

We use the software for reporting hours worked on specific projects, scheduling and tracking time off, etc. All these functions are easy and quick to use.

Pros

Very intuitive, very quick way to track and report my time. Any questions, I've found the chat feature for support to be a quick way to get answers.

Cons

In my case, I was unable to retract a mistake I made in scheduling time off. For security reasons, our version of software required that only our finance person could correct it. It would be nice if the software had a note to that effect.

This is a great software all around for keeping track of all employees within the office in a professional manner. Many options and functions to work with. It seems I learning something new everyday.

Pros

Unfortunately I missed the initial orientation, however the customer service is phenomenal and \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] answered any and all my questions I had and still have till this day. One of my favorites would be the wide selection of reports offered. These come in very handy, especially for meetings.

Cons

Replicon has too much to choose from, should may be more basic --- reminds me of a Restaurant menu with too many options making for a hard decision as there's too much to choose from.

Pros

Great customer support service and very user-friendly interface. Features meet our needs for general time and attendance, time off and project tracking.

Cons

Reporting capabilities could be improved. Some of the functionalities are clunky.

I like how each day and week is organized so it is clear as to what day projects were completed. You can also use Replicon to track PTO and time out of the office.

Pros

I like how you can create categories of how you would like time tracked in replicon and associate GL codes.

Cons

Sometimes the time I out would not save so you have to renter.
