Pros All my questions are answered in a matter of minutes. I have never had to wait for a representative to be available. Cons I don't see cons in the software, but since it is a robust app, there is always a learning curve. Users need to study how to create reports and how to customize further the reports to meet the needs. My advise is always call support for them to create the reports for you. It's just like entering numbers into an excel sheet. You can also easily copy and paste previous time-sheets (hence the name "Replicon"). Booking time off is intuitive as well and Replicon calculates your remaining hours for you real-time so you know where you stand. Pros Ease of use, friendly interface, mobile application, easy to use admin interface, short initiation and implementation. Cons Accuracy on meal premium awards - This has been our biggest challenge with the system as it randomly assigns meal premium penalty. Recently we are needing to track hours worked on projects and are not able to do so unless the project has a task assigned to it. The available features are well beyond my expectations. Cons I cannot think of any con. That being said, an opportunity for improvement is on the APIs for getting reports data.
