July 20, 2018 5.0 Before setting up do the videos and see all the options there are and think through your own business process and how it would relate to the product. Pros It's easy for the end user to enter time on different projects. Once you understand the background of the system it is easy to administrate. Cons For the Administrator you need to understand the background of the product. Do the training videos and it will save you a lot of time in the future. Make a plan before implementing on what roles you will assign people who will be using this and what report information you want to get out of the system. Review Source JE James E. The people who are on the phones answer in a timely fashion, and really know their stuff. Cons Not much I don't like, really - I guess it could offer more flexibility. The customer service for this software is AMAZING!. A+++ for Customer Service. Thank you Team. Pros Ease of use once set up. Provides a large amount of information in a short period of time and helps to generate spreadsheets of information. Cons Slightly hard to use in terms of features. Summary of details happens at the top, rather than on the bottom. It would be nice if the summaries occurred at the bottom of the groups in it's own column rather than squishing into the title bar. Pros Replicon is an amazing software, the implementation team is great and helpful on every single step of the way. This time and project management system is helping our company in many ways and elevating many stresses and confusion. Cons It is a learning curve to get use to the software, and the implementation process was longer than I expected (not their fault, there is just a lot of information to input at the beginning). So get organized and save money with Replicon. Pros I am a relatively new user so I am still exploring all the options but have so far been impressed with what I have seen. The interface looks clean and clear most things work quite intuitively and for those things that seem a bit harder to get your head around there always is the helpdesk which is really excellent. Cons As I have stated above I am still in the exploring fase so it would be unfair to mistake my ignorance for short comings. As it is software that is meant to be deployed globally there is quite a lot to setup. So first structure the processes and then implement the software to make sure the omplementation goes smoothly. President Government Administration Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great All-Around System" May 13, 2015 4.5 Pros Very robust as it integrates time and expenses with projects. Users seem to like it and have made comments regarding its ease of use. Data integrity seems to be great (which was causing us issues with the system we used before this). It also contains the necessary DCAA components, which is critical for us as a Government contractor. The implementation team was very professional and available as needed to address initial start-up questions. Cons The administrative side of the product can be somewhat complicated due to the integrated nature of all of the data. It requires a pretty good understanding of what data resides on what admin screens. After awhile, it's not that big of a deal, but it does take some time to learn initially. Pricing is a little higher than some of the other options, although I guess you get what you pay for. Review Source SW Stephen W. It's easy to quickly generate reports summarizing hours burned to date by a project. It allows you to use a single interface for tracking hours, expenses, and time off. Cons It may be a browser compatibility issue (I'm using Chrome), but the interface seems to lose connection every 10 minutes or so, requiring me to log back in. I also wish that the reports could be generated directly to PDF, instead of a poorly-formatted Excel spreadsheet. Review Source EL Eric L.
