Its easy to use.

Pros

Invoicing - we used a manual/stamp process before and the invoicing function is 100% than manual.

Cons

Approver 2 cannot edit and it be tracked in the system. So much time is wasted bouncing invoices back to approver 1.

I didn't get a chance to work with the WorkSpace team but their customer service deserves a lot of recognition. Quick helpful responses that solved all issues almost immediately.
