The team is the core. True experts, helpful and fun. The software does exactly what we were sold and more, couldn't be happier.

Pros

It takes the process of review gathering and review community maintenance out of our hands. Time, money and most importantly brand safety.

Cons

Not much. I would always like MORE reviews, but that is on our team just as much.

Overall experience has been great, very user friendly for both us to send and our customers to review!

Pros

Initial set up was quite easy, with great support/help from the team at Widewail. Asking customers to leave reviews is very easy for both us and them now!
