Managing our team schedule in Excel was a nightmare. By implementing Bizinta, we seamlessly integrated scheduling, timekeeping, and billing into one system. The scheduling is now easy, scalable, and accessible to all team members, saving us countless hours.

At present, Bizinta's phone app lacks some of the functionality available in the desktop program.

Fantastic! The team is helpful, responsive and friendly. The user interface is so intuitive and reporting is just what we need (and if it isn't, they help to create what we do need.

Pros

We've been using Bizinta for 5+ years in our professional service business. They are amazing - tech support answers quickly and is super helpful when we have questions - usually resolving questions in 24 hours. The reporting is phenominal. Ease of use is fantastic. Having to switch to an inferior product due to a merger and very sad to be leaving the team at Bizinta.

Pros

What I liked most about Bizinta is its user-friendly interface and comprehensive feature set. It tracks employee utilization, client types, engagements, and billing with ease, allowing us to manage multiple aspects of our business efficiently. Additionally, the Bizinta team is very responsive, forward-thinking, and always looking for ways to improve the platform, making it feel like the heartbeat of our organization.

Cons

What I liked least about Bizinta is that updates to certain features sometimes take longer than expected to implement. While the team is responsive and open to feedback, the time taken for some enhancements can be a bit slow.

As a new user, I had wished there was some sort of manual. I understand with all the constant updates and enhancements having a manual would be pointless since you would be updating the manual on a constant basis.

Very happy. The team at Bizinta is quick to respond and will build custom solutions to fit my needs.

Pros

I love the reporting. I have been searching for a unicorn software system that will do all my time, billing and workflow in one software. All are good at time keeping, most are good at billing, few do workflow and almost all do a terrible job of reporting. Bizinta still has to implement workflow, but it excels at reporting. I can generate gross margin reports by team, client, staff. Run utilization reports, sales reports, realization reports. If you like KPI's it is a great system for you.

Cons

I do wish there was a robust workflow system so I can know each task by client is performed each month, and how long it takes to complete each task.

I am very satisfied with the product. We use time tracking, scheduling, invoicing and reporting. It is a very flexible system! I have used a lot of systems over my tenure, this is one of the best!

Pros

I enjoy using Bizinta and have been doing so for years. It is simple and the reports all tie out. That is a dream for an accountant! The support we receive is also very good!

Cons

I really do not have any real cons for Bizinta.

I would definitely recommend Bizinta. They have save me at least a hundred of hours of work this year with invoicing and smoothed out our processes for time tracking

Pros

I love the hands on approach and how easy it is to talk to someone. They truly tailor their software to your needs and their service.

Cons

Like every software it is not polished yet but with this comes the customization options and they use your input in upgrades. It is more polished now with lots more features than when we first signed up with them last year.
