I use it when we are getting audited based on ISO27001, because I do not want to get in trouble. It helps us with onboarding and offboarding, so we are not throwing money at ex-employees (this happens a lot).

Pros

The tool makes tracking of all of our contracts a lot easier as they are all stored in one place, thus preventing us from wasting money on an auto renewal of services that we no longer need. I am staring at a dead pixel on my monitor as I write this. It even recognizes the hidden apps that people have and I didn't know it could do that either.

Cons

The Workflow Editor is awful. You cannot add labels to help tell me what is going on with each piece of the workflow so you have to go through each little box to find out what it is and I lose my mind. The AI features are not perfect so we still end up typing everything in anyway.

Pros

Zluri’s tools also offered detailed breakdowns of SaaS spend for more efficient cost control and opportunities for savings. I found particularly useful the recommendations regarding the overlapping tools to establish a consolidation strategy.​

Cons

I noted that the reporting function was not very flexible regarding customization of reports for stakeholders’ needs and expectations.

Zluri’s integrations ensured that Zluri effortlessly connected data from the HR and finance stacks in our SaaS landscape. Such significant benefits are derived from the automated alerts for contract renewals and made it possible to avoid any accord deadline or lapse.​

Cons

The platform could misidentify some applications every now and then, causing unnecessary alerts.

Pros

Zluri came as the perfect solution we were looking for in the pandemic, while working remote. We needed a tool that can automatically onboard and offboard employees to SaaS apps and and oversee all the SaaS apps that are running in our organization. Since employees were working remotely there were few roadblocks in giving them access to the essential tools they need to complete their daily tasks. Also, when remote employees leave the organization, we wanted to make sure that their complete access was revoked. Zluri helped us solve this issue through it automated onboarding and offboarding workflows. Now we can give and revoke access within few clicks, making the whole process pretty seamless.

Cons

Pros

The moment we onboarded Zluri, little did we know that we are going to fall in love with robust operating system for SaaS. Within few minutes it analyzed our entire SaaS stack and gave us the all the insights from users, usage, costs etc of all the SaaS apps present. We also loved the employee onboarding and offboarding feature which is a sure shot time saver. The custom built templates gave access to SaaS tools for new employees based on their roles. So, we didn't need to individually give access to each and every employee. Also, with the offboarding feature, we are able to safely revoke access and have a backup of the critical data of employees exiting the organization.

Cons

No drawbacks for now. overall its a good experiene

Pros

It took just a day for Zluri to find out all the SaaS applications that are being used in our organization. To our surprise the numbers were four times more than we have ever anticipated. Now that we have the control in our hands, we can decide what to have and what to discard. Also, if you have been shaken by the vulnerabilities of shadow IT, Zluri traces shadow IT within its roots and notifies you. It is a win-win for all the companies looking to invest in an efficient as well as cost-effective SaaS management tool.

Cons

Some minor issues that are normal to any SaaS platform. Their CS team fixed it in a timely way

I really appreciate the effort made by Zluri team to develop an application with hundreds of integrations of cloud services. We used with Atlassian, Microsoft, Google Workspace and so on… They also developed agents to keep track of license usage for applications installed on private servers. It is a nice feature, but it should be reviewed and upgraded. We use this software to keep tracks of our licenses, contracts and subscriptions. We are in the process of onboarding our data on the application and the support is the key of Zluri team.

Pros

The support is very flexible and fast to find solutions.

Cons

The software sometimes is lagging but works, the user experience is not too much affected.

Pros

Easy start and discovery phase - gave us an immediate better understanding of software and apps used by employees in various locations. Holistic and innovative approach to managing all the software within a company's technology portfolio. Very responsive CS team and continuous improvement.

Cons

Nothing specific. Zluri is a young company and we are new to the concept, we are both improving as we go along.
