There is a slight learning curve to the platform however the customer support is second to none. They are willing to help with any issues and respond extremely quickly.

Pros

The customer support and reporting is excellent. We also haven't found another platform that automatically sends out CPD certs.

Cons

There is a bit of a learning curve but the customer service is next level so once you've done a few webinars, they are less daunting.

Before using Stream Go, managing hybrid events meant relying on multiple suppliers and platforms, which made it difficult to have full control and consistency across our events. Stream Go solves this by giving us one central, easy-to-manage platform where we can handle everything — from setup and content management to live streaming and on-demand access — all in-house. This control has allowed us to streamline our processes, reduce reliance on third parties, and ensure every event runs smoothly. The platform’s flexibility means we can easily manage events of different sizes and formats, including multi-day and multi-session programmes. Another key benefit is Stream Go’s responsive and collaborative team. They actively listen to feedback, adapt the platform to suit our needs, and continually enhance its functionality. This partnership approach means we’re always confident that our events will deliver a professional and seamless experience for our audiences. Overall, Stream Go helps us deliver engaging hybrid events more efficiently, with fewer risks, greater consistency, and continuous improvements over time.

Pros

I have worked with Stream Go for several years now, and we currently use the platform to host around six hybrid events each year, ranging from one to three days in length — some with multiple sessions running simultaneously. We chose Stream Go because it allows us to have full control over the setup and management of our events, and it has worked perfectly for our needs. From the very beginning, working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the team has been an excellent experience. They have continually developed the platform based on our feedback and specific ways of working, which has been fantastic. The team genuinely listens to feedback and is always readily available to discuss updates or adjustments as required. The platform itself is regularly enhanced, and we’ve seen significant improvements since our very first event. After our first event, we encountered an issue with a recording due to our onsite AV team not shutting the console down correctly. The Stream Go team quickly identified the cause and implemented a fix to prevent it from happening again — a great example of their proactive approach and commitment to improvement. Overall, Stream Go has been a reliable, flexible, and continually improving platform backed by a responsive and dedicated team. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for anyone looking to deliver seamless hybrid events.

Cons

We are very happy with the service and platform and have no cons with Stream Go. The platform is easy to use and the team are super responsive.

You can upload presentations and pre-recorded videos in advance, saving time and ensuring everything is ready before going live. The ability to clone past projects is another useful feature, making it easy to set up recurring or similar events without starting from scratch. Customisation is another strong point. We can brand individual registration pages, ensuring a consistent look and feel for each event. This attention to detail helps create a professional experience for attendees while keeping branding consistent across multiple events. Customer support is also a standout feature. The streamGo team is available to assist throughout the process, from setup to live support, ensuring events run smoothly. Overall, streamGo is a reliable and feature-rich solution for virtual events. We made the switch from GoTo due to ongoing reliability issues, including frequent platform glitches and login difficulties. The lack of a unified presenter console link also created unnecessary complications, as each presenter had a unique link, leading to delays if someone misplaced theirs. Another drawback was how abruptly the platform shut down after a webinar, leaving no opportunity for presenters to debrief or discuss the session afterward. Customer support was another major concern. Issues were often blamed on us, even when they were beyond our control. After our dedicated account manager left, we no longer had a clear point of contact, and the overall customer service experience declined—responses were often unhelpful and, at times, dismissive. Since moving to streamGo, we’ve experienced a far more reliable and efficient platform, with a unified presenter link, better event management tools, and exceptional customer support. The transition has significantly improved our webinar experience.

Customisation was another key factor—streamGo allowed us to fully brand our registration pages and event experience, whereas ON24’s templates felt more restrictive. Overall, streamGo provided a more seamless and adaptable platform, making our webinars and virtual events much easier to manage and suited the needs of our business better.

The studio not having a dial in number. I had total confidence in the StreamGo platform but we like to have that back up in case of technical issue with the speaker.

We can't recommend StreamGo highly enough. As a very small charity, they made it really easy for us to organise and host a recorded/live webinar.

Pros

We loved working with the StreamGo team to deliver an online webinar. They made it easy and helped to make sure we were on track in the time leading up to the webinar. We found the support of our liaison at StreamGo to customise and deliver our webinar to be the best thing about using StreamGo

We thought an in-built survey functionality to measure the impact of the survey would have been very useful.

We absolutely loved our experience with streamGo. It was professional, timely, they have great communication methods in place and clear guidelines to what everyone needs to do to make sure the event goes off smoothly and successfully! I highly recommend them and we will be signing on for another year!

Pros

We have used streamGo now two years in a row for our annual International Pediatric Feeding Disorder Conference. Staff and users alike LOVE the platform, the streaming is superior, and the staff is incredible. They create a customized project plan and make sure everything gets done early so that you don't have to stress! They are excellent at what they do and have made our virtual events highly successful (we've had over 2,300 attendees these last two years!)

Cons

There are no cons here. The organization is wonderful, the staff is great, the platform they use is amazing and the final product they provide you with will leave you smiling.

We've had a great experience working with streamGo.

Pros

streamGo is simple to use but is fully featured. We had used Hopin before but streamGo has more features and has all the little details sorted. The hubspot integration works and sends all data captured and adds users to lists for each event (Hopin only sends basic info and doesn't tell you where the contact comes from). They have a great networking tool, video search and you can move attendees between sessions in a virtual conference. Hopin does not offer any of these. We didn't realise we needed these features until we had them!

Cons

There is nothing to disklike about streamGo.
