LGM is very good product overall. Their support team is also very helpful - they sent me loom video to solve my query..I liked this guesture

\- Most of the LinkedIn activities can be automated - LinkedIn voice message feature - AI interation in LGM - CRM integration

Cons

Sometimes LGM didn't follow the limits that I had set for a LinkedIn profile. And this happened quite often like I was scheduling 30 messages a day and only 12-13 were being sent

J'utilise quotidiennement LGM pour mes campagnes et celles de mes clients. L'intégration, le suivi et les optimisations sont les plus simples du marché. Il est clair que l'outil a été développé par des Growth Managers qui ne trouvaient pas d'outils comparables sur le marché, c'est chose faite !

Pros

LGM propose un outil d'outreach multicanal exceptionnel ! En tant que Growth Manager, j'ai testé de nombreuses plateformes, et LGM est de loin la plus complète. L'UX est intuitive et conviviale. L'équipe est facile à joindre et toujours prête à aider. J'apprécie également leur écoute et leur réactivité aux retours, ajoutant constamment de nouvelles fonctionnalités.

Cons

Il y en a peu puisqu'ils améliorent continuellement l'outil ! Le seul point serait que je suis avec le Plan Pro et non Ultimate ce qui ne me donne pas accès aux Custom workflows ou à l'intégration CRM auto.

I really liked the abilities that LGM offers. It super useful, I can craft advanced sequences and add my leads within my hubspot. Also, the customer support is super reactive

Cons

Nothing, at the beginning it was a bit hard to understand how the product works.

Testé et approuvé dans différents contextes (Fr, inter). Lancez vos campagnes aussi en début de matinée, ça vous permettra d'optimiser la journée sur d'autres sujets - ou en production.

Pros

Modulable, fonctionnel, agréable à prendre en main, c'est presque un sans faute ! C'est un outil qui fait AIMER l'outreach, et c'est là sa plus grande qualité. En cas de soucis, vous aurez de vrais gens derrière pour prendre le relai, rapidement et efficacement. En français. Dans un language compréhensible de tous. En 2024, ça n'a pas de prix.

Cons

La grande modularité et toutes ses options de séquences pré-remplies ont vite fait de noyer le cerveau sous les possibilités. Un conseil : soyez au clair avec vous même avant d'adopter l'outil (ciblages, messages), et le reste découlera naturellement pour la mise en place.

Super satisfied by this tool and especially by the team itself ! Their are very helpful and very kind.

Pros

\- Help me save time in the lead generation - Simplify the whole process of lead generation as it is sync with LinkedIn - Free your mind as you do not have to take care of sending a follow up email to someone that did not reply to your last email

Cons

\- Need time to set the system to have something working in the end - If you are using SalesForce like me and want to sync data between both solutions, you need to find a workaround with Zapier which could take time and not be the best solution to your needs
