El proceso de aprendizaje, sin embargo el equipo se esmera en brindarnos las herramientas, es más tiempo de nosotros. Igual manera ya nos genera ingresos relevantes.

Con AFRUS ha sido una experiencia maravillosa, el equipo y la herramienta son magnificos.

Pros

Desde que iniciamos con AFRUS en la fundacion recibimos un gran soporte técnico y un acompañamiento constante para poner en marcha la plataforma, es muy sencillo e intuitivo, tiene grandes herramientas que permiten crear landing pages, campañas y formularios de donación lo cual permite gestionar de manera muy rápida las campañas de Foundrasing que se quieran llevar a cabo dentro de la organización. La plataforma te muestra la información de tus donantes con un par de clics en una interfaz limpia, permite el envio automático de certificados de donación y el envio de correos de confirmación de donaciones.

Cons

Lo que menos me ha gustado es como se presentan los informes cuando filtras las transacciones en un rango de tiempo, AFRUS crea un archivo XML que la informacion aparece muy congestionada toca manualmente editar el archivo para verlo de una mejor manera, es un punto por mejorar solamente adicionando filtros para los informes.

Nem todos os recursos estão redondos. As landing Pages precisam ter uma criação mais fácil.

Pros

Lo fácil que es hacer formularios y dar seguimiento de leads.

Cons

A veces es díficil diseñar los formularios con la planilla y tienen diseños muy básicos. No se ven tan pro.

Muy floja

Pros

Tienen un buen software exclusivamente en temas de tecnología sobretodo con los códigos de inserción y las ventajas del código único referente en el banco

Cons

Servicio al cliente es tenaz, se demoran mucho en las respuesta, no hay trabajo en conjunto solo prestan un servicio y el CX es muy malo

Ha sido una experiencia muy buena, de mucho aprendizaje y con mucha disposición por parte de Afrus para mejorar.

Pros

He trabajado con distintos tipos de softwares para Fundaciones que realizan distintas campañas para conseguir benefactores, cultivarlos y reactivarlos. Siempre hay que usar diferentes plataformas para poder hacer varias cosas a la vez. Afrus es una plataforma que intenta tener todas las herramientas en un mismo lugar para poder tener éxito en tus campañas. Desde ahí puedes crear campañas, tener la información de los benefactores y posibles benefactores, darles seguimientos con emailings y poderlo conectar con el mundo digital. El personal que labora en él siempre está dispuesto a hacer las modificaciones necesarias para tu organización.

Cons

Al ser relativamente nueva está en proceso de mejora e implementación de nuevas herramientas y sistemas, por lo que en ocasiones te encuentras con fallas, pero cuando se reportan se solucionan.

Me lo recomendaron, otra oficina de la misma Fundación ya lo empezaba a utilizar, solo que estaba subutilizado. Me metí a conocerlo primero y así fue como decidí optar por Afrus.

Mejorará el tiempo de lanazamieno de una campaña, la calidad de los datos que recibimos, sirve tanto para leads como para conversiones. Para mi soluciona gran parte de nuestras necesidades del marketing Online.

Pros

Estoy muy satisfecha de la app Afrus hasta la fecha, espero seguir conociendo y desarrollando la herramienta para sacr máximo provecho de su funcionalidad. En mi opinión facilita el trabajo de los Fundraisers y permite un traqueo fiable de los donativos para poder tomar decisiones e invertir y corregir en las mejores estrategias. La conectividad es muy amable y el equipo de soporte están muy dispuestos a escuchar mejoras y necesidades del cliente. Espero seguir trabajando con Afrus y poder crecer la estrategia Online de nuestra Fundación con Afrus!

Cons

Para nuestro caso particular hay que hacer adaptaciones específicas y espero que se cumplan los tiempos prometidos para dichos desarrollos.

Problemas en el debito automatico de usuarios arrastrados del CRM anterior

DAshboard, certificados de donación automaticos, y mailing masivo

CArgue lento de la pagina, envio de mensajes de correo duplicados ante transacciones
