Once we actually decide to give a try we were told that if we did not like the platform we could get a full refund. We basically paid for the whole entire year subscription but only used a month of it. After numerous back and forward emails to cancel, now they are telling us that the contract we signed they do not give refund. We were using Housecall Pro before jumping onto Albiware also with a full year subscription, I mention that to Albi sales rep and he responded that they should give us a refund from Housecall Pro which they were going to. I would stay away from Albiware they are such a un-ethical company and crooks. Paid 3,500 dollars for a year and now we lost that money. Pros Nothing, garbage, always has issues. False information. You have to pay for a training additional to the program, waste of money. Cons They don't tell you everything upfront. Hard to get some one to answer the phone. too expansive, garbage. As the core PM and CRM software for our water damage restoration business, it has proven to be exceptionally reliable and effective. It seamlessly handles our job management, scheduling, and client data, contributing significantly to our operational efficiency. We haven't experienced any significant problems, and it consistently performs as expected. It's a dependable workhorse that has been invaluable to our business. Pros The most impressive aspect of Albi is its consistent reliability, especially for our restoration business's workflow. Over nearly four years, it has flawlessly managed our projects and client information without any technical issues or downtime. It reliably handles everything from job tracking to customer communication, which is crucial in our fast-paced industry Cons There's very little to dislike, as my experience has been overwhelmingly positive. The only minor annoyance is the automatic logout feature after a period of inactivity. While I understand the security reasons, it can sometimes interrupt workflow when I need to quickly reference something after stepping away for a bit. However, this is a small inconvenience compared to the overall benefits. So far so good Pros It's so flexible and can be personalized to how we choose to run our company. I love that they have thought of everything! They have a solution to keep track of anything we need to. The customer service is amazing, and I love that they are still working to improve what is already great. It gives me piece of mind that they will continue to grow as we do. Cons It's pricey, especially for a small company that is just starting out, we don't love that it's pay per user. Pros I like that we are able to send our work contracts with ease to the customers and we are able to see from albi and with emails if the contract was signed. Cons I would really like the option to be able to send a text from Albi, some customers prefer texting over phone calls, it would take one step out of the process to be able to text them. As i've gotten more familiar it has proven to be a useful tool for our branch. With all of the documentation that is required in our field I am looking forward to you guys finding better ways to make documenting easier. Pros I love that my guys on the field can pull up the app on their phone and get going right away in terms of tracking data needed on the field. The timeline and the photo feature is one of my favorites. I also like e signatures all being in one place for our customers. Lastly I think it is awesome that you can record outbound calls. Looking forward to that growing in the next couple of months. Cons I do not like that I can not merge callers on a recorded line. I also wish there were a space in the contact where we can add extensions for customers. I do think there are way to many hurtles in seeing invoices. I just to have a feature for invoicing and a feature for seeing projected sales. Not have to go through multiple windows to do this. I liked the way that ZOHO estimating software did theirs and I would consider looking into it. They made it easy to be able to navigate through estimates and invoices with graphs on sales for the month as well as projected numbers according estimates sent out for the week or even month. I understand you can see some of this in the status section but it feels like a small detail rather than a designated space on the website for this. Lastly, I'd like to you to consider a notebook section to each job that we can track specific measurements of jobsites on.
