Whenever we have questions, they are on top of it and they get back to us quickly. Pros It is a lot easier to use that our previous software. They are still under development and they are implementing new things. Their customer services is on point! They get back to our questions in a very timely manner. Cons They are still under some development, which is taking time to get some bugs figured out. Some of the features on the app still crash. Reason for choosing Albi I like their culture. I like their people. The software speaks for itself, but the people are cool to work with. Pros I like that for once we are all on the same system. It is so easy to find out whats going on with my jobs. We do Restoration work not utilities but that was all that was listed. Technician Construction Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Using Albi" January 25, 2022 4.0 It has been really nice to have all of our customers in one place and the calendar is very convenient to have to know who has work for the next day so we aren't double booked Pros I like that Albi is easy to use, all of our customers are in one place and our whole team can see any of the customers that are needed to be seen. Cons I would really like a feature to text from the app, that is currently something that isn't available. Some of our customers prefer to be texted instead of called and its just an around about way to have the number to text. Review Source EP Erik P. September 2, 2021 4.0 Overall the software does what is needed but could be more billing and invoicing focused with having fields tied together instead of going to different tabs. Pros The company is still small and able to give you custom support that you can't get anywhere else so you are able to model the software easily to your needs.
