After installation of this software I can track, how long each staff is spending on and with which client. I have now been able to spend time to better manage the time. Pros With the software I am now able to monitor WFH staff easily and see what projects they are working on. It only took very minimal time to start using the software. It is very intuitive for my staff to use this software as well, with no training. We were up and running within minutes. Cons I have requested an advanced reporting that is custom for my company, so that I dont have to use the current report that the software provides. November 4, 2022 1.0 I would not recommend using this, only recommend this if there is no organization (admin) locked pc in your company. Pros keeps a record of your login time and log-off time. The project management aspect of the software is a banger for me, the aspect that calculates the idle time of the user is another great asset to my organisation as we have succeeded in becoming very productive for the sake of customer satisfaction, and in fact, every aspect of the software came in handy. Pros I love how easy the software is to use. It lets me break projects down by client and task so I can see how much time I’m devoting to each. I also love that I can export the timesheets to show to clients. Cons My only complaint is with the desktop app. I hate that it automatically starts whenever I start my computer. In a world where people are working from home, on their personal computers, people often log into their computers before starting work for the day. They don’t need their monitors frozen or to have to log idle time before their work day even starts. It would also be nice if there was more integration with timesheets and the invoice software.
