Sie ist nicht zu umfangreich, trotzdem ausrechend und für die Mitarbeiter schnell zu lernen

Cons

schade, dass ich für den Service keine Minuspunkte geben kann. Wenn man keinen Servicevertrag hat, ist der Service eigentlich überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Wie oft habe ich schon angerufen und 2 Minuten später ein Ticket (zum abrechen) bekommen und NIE oder Wochen später einen Rückruf bekommen. Tja lieber Torsten, wenn Du das liest solltest Du mich vielleicht mal anrufen uns mir dieses erklären. Jörg Schäfer
