Paytrack is a burgeoning company with a promising future. Their project team comprises dedicated and supportive individuals who are committed to client assistance. The leadership team maintains close ties with both the team and clients, fostering a collaborative environment that prioritizes continuous improvement. Their positive and ambitious outlook bodes well for the company's continued growth. However, as a relatively new company, Paytrack's operational team is still in its early stages of development. To optimize on-time and in-full (OTIF) delivery, a thorough review of their implementation and daily processes is necessary. This will help to streamline operations and ensure that clients receive the high-quality service they deserve. For small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) that are experiencing growth, Paytrack is an excellent solution. Their dedication to customer support and continuous improvement aligns well with the needs of SMBs. However, for multinational corporations with complex operations and global reach, Paytrack may not be the ideal choice. Their operational team's relative inexperience could pose challenges in meeting the stringent requirements and demands of large enterprises.

Pros

It's a very intuitive tool. We faced a lot of resistance from users at the beginning of the implementation, but once they started using the tool, it was quickly adopted, and the interface was praised for its easy and intuitive usage. Despite the challenges faced, the project team, especially the leadership, is always ready to assist in any way they can and are great partners to the companies they support. The executive board and C-level management have a strong desire to support current clients and make them into case studies to attract new clients, always seeking the opinion and co-construction of the business with these clients.

Cons

Throughout our relationship with Paytrack, we have encountered inconsistencies between what was promised during negotiations and the actual implementation process. The tool implementation was phased, involving two companies within our group. The entire process took nearly a year and a half to reach a minimally usable state for these two companies. We encountered integration issues with our ERP during the first phase, despite Paytrack's assurances of specialization in such integrations. Additionally, during the configuration of the second company, they lost part of the configuration from the first company. Furthermore, we experienced problems with their travel agency during one of our initial international trips, requiring the intervention of three of their directors for resolution. If your company requires processing transactions in multiple currencies, be aware that while their pre-paid cards may function, their system itself is not equipped to handle this. Integrating this information with your ERP will likely be a significant challenge. It's also possible they will require additional payment to develop a custom solution to address this functionality gap. Despite claims of experience with multinational companies, there's a lack of documented configurations and troubleshooting procedures. This means they essentially start from scratch with each new implementation, leading to inefficiencies and potential for repeated issues.

De um maneira geral, a experiência é muito positiva onde temos sempre o apoio e suporte do time offline e de gestão. Existe uma preocupação constante de satisfação por parte da Paytrack onde sempre fazem follow ups e nos entregam bons serviços.

Pros

Utilizamos a plataforma Paytrack desde 03\_2023 onde ocorreu a implantação da ferramenta. O período de adaptação foi bem tranquilo e logo nosso volume de utilização foi crescendo e com todo o suporte do time de implantação e de gerenciamento de contas. As emissões foram acontecendo de maneira eficaz e sem problemas.

Cons

Tivemos uma questão somente onde os parceiros (hotéis) emitiam NFs contra minha empresa e não à Paytrack. Isso gerou um retrabalho interno e o time Paytrack precisou atuar para corrigir esse faturamento que deveria ter sido diretamente à Paytrack, respeitando a forma de pagamento acordada.

Até iniciarmos o relacionamento com a \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] nossa experiência era péssima, estávamos em agenda com outros forncedorese nosso plano era tirar tudo da paytrack, mesmo o que funcionava. Desde que começamos a tratar com ela, já fazem uns 4 meses, paramos com as entrevistas e estamos tentnado fazer funcionar o que temos.

Pros

O produto que temos ativado, de reembolso de despesas, funciona muito bem para os usuários, é fácil e auto-explicativo. E por poder usar no aplicativo, fica bem fácil.

Cons

Para quem faz a gestão do reembolso de despesas temos alguns pontos de atenção: a implantação no banco demorou anos para ser concluída, pois não fazia integração, só quando pagamos a implantação da API automatizou, levou mais de 3 anos. A geração de relatórios não é simples e intuitiva. Não temos um dash para acompanhar. Com relação ao sistema de cartões, tivemos um início muito conturbado; o projeto começou em outubro de 2022, estamos em outubro de 2023 e ainda não foi concluído. Foram feitas diversas promessas pelo comercial da paytrack e os alinhamentos não foram passados para o time técnico. Apenas recentemente, com a entrada da \[conteúdo sensível escondido\] é que tivemos uma virada de chave nosso projeto começou a andar. Estamos em busca de outro forncedor, quando ela apareceu e melhorou muito o relacionamento já bastante corroído.

Para o projeto de cartão, a paytrack foi escolhida pelo time que fazia a contratação porque já estava com sistema instalado. Mas o time de operação foi contra, pois faziam a gestão e já achavam que não entregava o que foi prometido.

Paytrack nos trouxe eficiência de processo, gestão das despesas e a possibilidade de utilizar multiagências no processo de viagens.

Eficiência no processo, autonomia aos usuários, confiabilidade nas integrações e atendimento personalizado.

Falta alguns serviços que poderiam agregar a funcionalidade da ferramenta, como por exemplo a gestão de frotas como serviço e também uma melhoria no processo de quilometragem.
