Solid value for the money. Would recommend this to any educational institution looking for a solid, easy to use and cost-effective solution. Pros Excellent program so far. Has all the features we need at an affordable price. Switchover from old program was easy with their support team. Lots of positive feedback from our staff and requesters on how easy it is to use. Cons So far nothing comes to mind. I'm a new user so will see how it goes over the longer term but so far so good. September 11, 2026 5.0 I have really enjoyed working with the team, our rep, and the program. I have learned a lot and it has been great to feel ownership over what we are building for the college. The team is so quick to make updates and fix issues, which \[sensitive content hidden\]is so helpful to figure out and share with them to get solutions. It is a great program that can do an insane amount once you get it built. Pros FlowPath is a great program but the team and our rep \[sensitive content hidden\], are what really make it stellar! The adaptability of the program and willingness of the team to help make changes to improve the experience have been key components into the tailoring of FlowPath to our specific needs and goals. \[sensitive content hidden\] was there from day one and followed up with us to remind us of that, as we got into the process. She's been a consistent resource throughout the continued process and is always attentive, solution oriented, and friendly. The program is so customizable on numerous fronts that building it out for our purposes from the beginning will allow us to have accurate, relevant, and useful data from now on. Cons It was difficult to specify a timeline for launch, as we did not have data to import, the program is so tailored and very detailed to build out. There is a lot going on in the innerworkings and I definitely recommend leaning into working with your rep, no need to get in the weeds. There are still components we are building out that will take awhile even though we launched the baseline for workorders. " October 14, 2024 5.0 I have been using FlowPath for a few years now and I cannot say enough how much I have enjoyed working with the system and also the staff. Leadership within FlowPath has always been open and responsive to any concerns or suggestions that we have had and have done everything in their power to roll out updates upon request. Considering how young this company is compared to their competitors FP is on the rise to rival some of the best CMMS programs out there and are only getting better. They are constantly making improvements and rolling out updates that have been phenomenal and I am looking forward to see how fare they will go and the upcoming rollouts that will be HUGE in the industry. Pros There are so many things that I love about FlowPath but the biggest would probably boil down to the ease of use with this system, it is very user friendly. FP dashboard is fantastic for reporting and constantly being improved. Monitoring and communicating in work orders is very simple. On the Admin side, it is extremely easy to change information for users and make other changes. Customer service is second to NONE! Cons If I had to try and nitpick something I am not a fan of would probably the process to create automatic PM's for recurring service for vendor such as HVAC, Landscaping, Septic, etc.). I am not a huge fan of having to create a piece of equipment in order to create PM's but I believe this is also something they are working on streamlining. The FlowPath team made it very easy and worked with us throughout the process. The other Districts I called were speaking very highly of the product but spoke even greater to the support. Pros Ability to be viewed from any electronic device. No app to purchase. If you have your phone, FlowPath goes with you. Cons Change is very hard but the similarities and convenience far outweigh not making the switch. I was worried about the 67,000 work orders being lost from the last system. February 7, 2022 5.0 Flowpath has created the ability to the management the 16 locations that we serve with it, as well as the scheduling of tasks for the 8 technicians on staff. Tracking facilities needs, and inventory used, has had a huge positive impact on my time spent in Facilities Management. Pros Flowpath creates a smooth and simple workorder lifecycle, with optional QR code submissions and automatic status updates sent to the submitter. The ability for the location to clearly track the status and costs of any repair submitted is second to none. Cons Least? Why is this a required field?!? There I found a way around it. FlowPath listens to your ideas and comments on things that could make things easier/better. They have already added several upgrades. Pros We are primarily on the work order stage. FlowPath can be run on phone or pad. We chose a pad for our maintenance technicians. It is simple Cons Yes, I speak with Customer support when I have issues and usually get some kind of response with minutes through the chat. Least like how the dashboards load. but they are working on all this. We feel you need an extra column for assigned Work orders that have not yet been scheduled. Also, I've never encountered a more helpful product support team. Pros FlowPath support is unparalleled--they have been immediately responsive and willing to go the extra mile to accommodate all our requests. The software has made our facilities management process much smoother--work orders are easy for staff to use and monitor and nearly everything can be customized to fit our needs. Also, the reporting module is beautiful and has already been a great resource for our board. Cons The only major difficulties we encountered were in the events module, though that's due in part to the complexity of our organization's needs. We were never able to integrate the custom event request form and we couldn't find an effective way to handle groups of multiple individuals requesting events.
