Pros FlowPath hits all the needs our facility has. Its not to big and overwhelming. The customer support is first class. Cons I have nothing that I dislike other than having to write more in this box to fulfill the ability to move to the next page. Pros Definitely serves many purposes to help organize a task list and help coordinate a whole team without needing direct communication for mixed lists that can get lost in the fray. Cons It's features are all present and cooked in but the set up for individual inventory and users is a time sink, not a whole lot can be done to make it any easier than they have using the bulk import tools but definitely appears to be cumbersome. Pros Ability to set up the system and dashboards for individual uses is a great option to have since we have many staff members that only need view certain information. Pros As a requester, FlowPath is quick and easy to use. Cons These are just a few observations: 1) Only after hitting submit does the page give the option to upload docs/pics. 2) After hitting submit the JOB COMPLETION button shows up and ...yes, I have hit that button by mistake - operator error :-(. Once I caught my mistake and the other time I did not, and the request went into the completion column.
