Customer service is outstanding and the guys have been very responsive to suggestions for changes/improvements Pros Ease of use over multiple devices - computer, phone, ipad, etc. Also very easy to create a work order with multiple different options - text, e-mail, QR code, etc Cons Autosave feature on most of the submission pages. Never dealt the software companies that are so approachable and reachable. Pros At first it was a cost saving issue. As we got more into the software the IT support is Amazing. The ease that the schools and workers were able to cross over from the current program to FlowPath was done seamlessly. Cons At this point the District hasn't found any cons. And once the work order is completed, adding photographs of the job completed. Cons Having some kind of user score keeping. It's easy to see all that needs to be done and keeps my head straight. Automated work orders are helpful reminders of routine maintenance. Cons I had a hard time uploading invoices, but I think I just needed to learn the right process for it.
