Pros El live chat: es una herramienta escencial hoy en día para conectar con posibles clientes y darle seguimiento a clientes regulares, hemos usado ebotify integrado con Whatsapp, lo que hace el manejeo de las conversaciones mucho más fácil.Integración con Huli Health: esta integración ha sido un game changer en nuestra clínica, Ebotify trabajó para integrar nuestro sistema de reservación de citas con el live chat, esto redujo en un 100% el trbajo manual que significaba enviar los mensajes de confirmación, redujo el uso del teléfono para la misma labor. Soporte: aunque al inicio por tema de usos horarios el soporte no era lo más efiicente, actualmente obtenemos soporte casi instantáneo, excelente servicio.
