Works well for managing thousands of products. Pros We were looking for a solution to manage a large number of products, each with detailed technical specifications, measurements, and compliance data. Our priorities were strong features for datasheet automation and catalog generation, as we produce catalogs and price lists constantly and need to regenerate them whenever prices or ranges change. AtroPIM fully met our criteria. Pricing was available, and we knew what to expect from the start. The fact that we could purchase only the necessary modules without extra charges for unnecessary features is also worth noting. Cons No visual editing of the generated output. From time to time, the sales team had to tweak specific PDFs by hand before sending them, and they’d have to change the template or the data to do so. That was the biggest drawback for us that we should’ve taken into account beforehand. Maybe a few more minor issues here and there, but nothing serious enough that the teams or I could think of was lacking or problematic.
