The technical support provided by the Firmao team also deserves commendation. Swift and effective resolution of any technical issues, along with online support availability, are features that significantly enhance the user experience.

Cons

One potential inconvenience may be the sometimes complicated process of customizing the system to fit the unique needs of a company. Making changes to the configuration may require a certain level of technical knowledge, which could pose a barrier for some users.
