Pros

Botgate is a fantastic tool for conversational marketing. It's easier for your visitors and customers to connect with someone and get immediate answers to their questions. I like how you can tailor your message for specific accounts and pages they're looking at. Also, one of the best customer service staff I've ever encountered!

Cons

There are no cons I guess, It is a perfect experience having Botgate.
