The customer support is very responsive and helpful in finding solutions to unique situations. Cons You are not able to easily update "subjects" (those being assessed) on raters that did not complete the survey. We use the surveys externally and don't have a direct connection to the raters to encourage them to complete the survey and the automated reminders do not always catch their attention. We have to look up each subject and manually find raters that did not complete the survey and send the subject the list asking them to follow up with the raters. Review Source RM Rob M. May 21, 2021 5.0 Pros G360 Surveys empowers team leaders to quickly and easily create performance assessment surveys from a simple dashboard - by defining basic criteria such as date and survey type - and then connect their team by sending invites and monitoring engagement. When finished, a clear, intuitive report is generated for the team to learn from, and grow on. There is also helpful training resources available to educate and empower the team as well. Pros what I like about G360 is the ease of use, pay a flat rate per survey, choose from a menu of prebuild options and customize by adding your own questions. Super fast and helpful customer service that answered questions within 30 mins! You don't find that nowadays! Easy to deploy and track, the system did all of the heavy lifting. The debrief was thorough and thoughtful. Cons I probably could have seen this if I were to read more, but it would have been helpful to see some tips or flags of how many people min in a group (peers, direct reports) were needed to populate a group on the final report when launching the report. Pros This was a great experience. I think that this should be implemented in all occupations and mandatory at least once a year. Great for tracking and letting employers and peers express their experiences in an anonymous and secure setting. Cons The outcome of the survey for participants is a hard read. There is a lot to process, so maybe separating the categories would be beneficial. For example, all the categories were bunched together with scoring, and the outcomes of the categories were on the last page were separate. So when I was doing my self-assessment, I had to keep going back to review the scoring and compare to the findings to produce an improvement plan for myself. January 29, 2021 5.0 I loved how intuitive the process was from start to finish! \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was great to work with and we will definitely look to G360 for our next round of 360 surveys! Pros The G360 software was very easy to utilize. I could assign raters very easily and it didn't take more than 10 minutes for each rater to take the assessment. It still provided very valuable feedback for our executive team that was then rolled into our semi-annual development conversations. Cons Honestly, I can't think of anything about this software that did not meet or exceed my expectations.
