Big fan. Pros I love that it has windows and mac versions, it's hard to find a really good Google-integrated mail & app solution on windows that also has a version on other platforms and vice versa. Also it's intuitive and easy to use, saves me a ton of time jumping between browser windows previously. Cons The interface could be a bit more modern and friendly, it's a little sparse, but that's because it gets out of the way to allow it to basically be gmail. I'd be interested to see an actual mail interface with the same features instead of purely gmail but it works well. It brings all of my inboxes together. 2. My email is free from the browser. 3. The UI is clean and simple. It does integrate with some extensions but the only one I use is Grammarly. Cons I don't have many complaints but it is slightly lacking in features in comparison to some competitors. It bothers me immensely and I have considered abandoning the program due to this. At least have a way to tie in to a browsers autofill. Kiwi helps me keep everything organized. Pros Kiwi's interface frames the Gmail interface and makes it easy to access and use Gsuite tools and third party integrations. Cons I use Hubspot and at present Kiwi doesn't have a Hubspot integration; the good news is that I've just been advised that it's coming within the month. Going above and beyond - \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] with clear communication and expectations. They are a start-up and grinding it out the right way listening to power users. Pros I use a Mac Pro. Seamless Integration to Gsuite, few hic-ups with Grammarly but corrected quickly once identified by the development team. UX is highly intuitive, switching between multiple Gmail accounts is magnificent along with file transfer feature ( currently not working, needs an update following Mac updates) As promised the UX brings all the familiarity of a client host in Gsuite, mail, instant access to drive calendar docs. Overall a massive productivity enabler vs. multiple Gsuite tabs open all day. Cons There are lags occasionally, calendar functionality could use some work. Opens up multiple windows every time you want to make entries. Add ons need to be expanded and the development + product team needs to be AHEAD, keep up and communicate to users with PC /Mac upgrades that cause problems. Cons Does not over come the limitation of more than 100 emails per view which is also a limitation of Gmail inio a browser. I t would be amazing if they could solve that limitation. Cons Editing controls are browser based, not app based. For example, when writing an email pressing tab moves me to another field instead of acting like a tab within an editor. Additionally, when the scrolling of the editing window it gets cumbersome. Lastly, there is a feature (wrongly off by default) to show the actual URL when hovering over a hyperlink. I have all my email accounts in the same application. I have access to all the gmail functions. Cons I would like that the software could be an application for my Iphone and Ipad. I'm a big Evernote user and am pleased with your integration of Evernote, and I'm committed to Todoist...you get big points there. I'm not finding much use for the Google docs focus...Kiwi would get a whole lot more use if I could use Microsoft products as well (Word and Excel). The calendaring is probably OK, but I've not really gotten around to using it...generally use my iPhone because I'm not a real fan of Google calendaring, either) Pros Although I'm retired, I have a significant involvement in church activities. Kiwi attracted me because it allows me to centralize a number of email accounts and document files Cons Biggest problem is not being able to read ALL my email. That and the lack of Word and Excel means I've got to still rely on Outlook. Pros The keystroke shortcuts are an absolute time saver. I am able to create unlimited projects and keep track of my daily work as well as long term meetings, goals, etc. using Kiwi. Pros I recently started a new position and am required to utilize Google Apps for Business. My background is in Microsoft productivity tools, so using Google for Business is well different. What I like about Kiwi is the feel of using a Desktop application and not a web app. Kiwi is not perfect; sometimes, windows do resize as I would like, or you end up with multiple calendars or mailbox windows. Cons I have experienced a crash of the program a few times, but I'm assuming the updates to the program that are downloaded subsequently address such issues. It is rare. It's a very easy way to separate gmail from chrome when you work on multiple website/webapplication at the same time it can get a bit messy. I only use the free version for email and calendar mostly and it's the perfect answer for what I was looking for. Cons You can't parameter if you don't wan't to use Kiwi for you google drive documents. I don't because I usually add those document into google favorites to make it easy to find them and from Kiwi, that's not possible. Review Source SM Shankar M. Kiwi for GMAIL consolidates GMAIL with GSUITE brilliantly, allowing multiple email accounts while keeping them easily distinguishable. I cannot recommend this strongly enough Pros I loved the user-friendliness. But what I loved most about it was the easy link to the other parts of G Suite, I could have multiple tabs for Google Drive and Docs and mail. Pros I love having a separate email client, but so many of them either don't work with or ignore some of Gmail's best features, like snoozing. I live by snoozing. So why not have a client that keeps the Gmail interface and such but adds more features to it? That's what Kiwi does and it's SO GREAT. Prior to the update, you could only use 3 emails for the free version but now you can have up to 6. Cons I have no cons it's such helpful software. It makes switching between accounts and handling the many aspects of Google Docs so much easier than a web browser! Cons There are a few features I wish they would implement, like the ability to choose if you want to download or preview a PDF. Right not it forces a preview before you can download. And I love how well it integrates with Google functionality. Pros I loved that this software puts everything at my fingertips - my docs, calendar, drive, etc., and allows me to have my email docked separately from chrome. I appreciate order and having my computer tidy. So, Kiwi allows me to have both my personal and work email up at all times even if I don't want to use chrome, and I don't need to have that many more tabs open to keep an eye on my email. I can look at everything easily without bouncing around from tab to tab. It's fabulous. Cons The biggest issues I've had so far is not being able to download files that are attached to emails. I can add them to my drive, but not download. Some files are specific to my Mac and can't be opened by drive. The only way around this is to access my email in chrome and download from there, which kind of defeats the purpose of having Kiwi in the first place.
