Pros All the applications in one place. Clean appearance and ease of use. Cons Some of the pop ups overlap the screen, for example adding a new contact by using the details from an email the pop up for the contacts opens up and hides the email address and footer. Switched from [Microsoft 365](https://www.capterra.com/p/227157/Microsoft-365/) MS is not compatible with Apple products causing poor performance and problems with data transfer. Pros It was nice to be able to open drive and docs in a click. Cons It is basically just a browser that only runs GSuite and drive programs. Cons I would love to have a way to open the files sync on my computer with Google Drive for Desktop directly with Kiwi instead of having to browse the files with Kiwi. Pros I love that I can use all of the gmail features without using a browser. It's all readily available and easy to use. Cons It can be slow to connect to the internet at times. March 23, 2021 4.0 Pros Very nice option for separating email, GDrive, cal, etc out of the browser environment. I've always used browser emails instead of desktop client apps, which all seem to be stuck in 1998. This gives you the Gmail experience without having to sift through tabs to get to your email. Cons Doesn't show when you're downloading something, so it just randomly appears in Downloads folder. Would be nice if they had an indicator much like Chrome. Could use a Google Keep button. New outgoing messages should be on top at all times (or that option should be possible in settings) and you should also have the option to not have a new mail compose window pop up, but instead happen within the Gmail frame itself. I have four different google accounts to keep track of, and Kiwi makes it so easy to check and reply to emails from each account... not to mention Google docs! I have Google docs, slides, and worksheets to keep track of from each account as well. Love, love, love Kiwi! Definitely would recommend if you have multiple Google accounts! Pros So incredible easy to use! It's so simple to keep track of which accounts are receiving emails and to be able to reply directly from that one... before Kiwi I was constantly having to sign in and out of different accounts, and would use two different browser programs. Cons Occasionally the system will crash or freeze up on me, but that seems easily remedied by quitting and restarting it. Kiwi solves this and brings the full experience into a standalone app, along with additional bonuses like integrated cloud search, docs and drive. It has become the hub of our Workspace experience Cons I’m struggling to think of any cons as it does exactly what it sets out to do and does it well. Pros Seamless access to multiple Google accounts with just a few clicks. Even more important (and that competitors lacked) was the integration with Google Drive documents. Opening these docs in an independent window is the solution I didn't know I needed ... but now can't live without. Cons Bit of a memory hog running on the new M1 silicon chip in the MacBook Air. I was needing a Gmail client that included s/mime capability but this lacked it. I'm switching over to Nine for Work as it allows the use of digital certificates to send signed emails as well as sending/receiving encrypted emails without requiring Gsuite for Enterprise. Pros Easy to implement. Easy to add, manage and administer users, mailboxes, etc. Cons It was a bit confusing at first to switch between accounts.
