February 27, 2021 4.0 Pros It is nice to have everything related to Google in one place . I can access the Gmail as well as documents kept in Google Drive and Keep relatively easily which makes for easy writing of emails. The integration of several products into Gmail made me learn of third party apps that I was not aware of before such as Right Inbox. Cons It is another program which is used in addition to the browser. So that takes up some memory. Some of gmail's features seem modified when used with Kiwi. It's a pretty straightforward app when it comes to being an email platform. It does the job! Cons That being said, I feel that there are some features missing. While it can sometimes be helpful to have Google Drive attached to the platform, what would be much more helpful to me is their calendaring function to have actual notifications or be able to find a time in a way that's as clean / easy as Outlook's calendaring function. I dislike the UX for gmail and/or google calendar. My preference has always been for Outlook or a similar all-in-one mail/calendar client. BUT along comes Kiwi for Gsuite. Makes it work better in someways than outlook (easier integration with all google apps). While not quite yet in the same league as Outlook, I now use Kiwi as my everyday gsuite client. Like that calendar and other Google functions open in a new window. I also enjoy that i can add team members emails to stay on top of any fires that may arise in their absence since they are part-time. Cons I have not been successful with linking my Trello acct, which was the MAIN reason for the switcch. Im not sure if this is a Kiwi issue or a Gmail issue. Still working to resolve the issue. Tried a various amount out before I settled with Kiwi. Most compatible with Google. It's design is native to Google's so honestly it doesn't feel like a different software at all. Cons Can't seem to reduce font size for Calendar view. Have to click an additional button besides the usual download to actually download a file from inbox. Review Source DD David D. The more I use it, the easier it is to shed the use of mail and drive inside a browser. It is much easier to "follow a workflow" outside of a browser. Pros Kiwi is very easy to use. I appreciate having all of the Google tools in one app, outside of the browser. I especially like the separate windows for Google Drive, Docs. March 9, 2021 5.0 Pros It's just like Outlook, BUT better. I use Kiwi as my preferred email client to manage all of my gmail accounts for my various businesses. It's much easier to manage my 5 inboxes in one application. Cons If I had to mention on thing I dislike about the app! It's that I didn't find it sooner. Our IT guy wanted to put it on our computers and we all asked for it to be removed. Pros I don't like Kiwi at all! I asked for it to be removed over a year ago and you keep billing me! I even had my credit card stolen and you get my new card number and billed me again!!!!!!!! :( Cons That you won't stop billing me!!! I have asked multiple times and you won't do it!!! Pros It is convenient that all the features are in one interface. It is also good that you can connect multiple accounts and switch between them conveniently. Cons I don't like that every time I open the calendar, it opens a new window. File downloads are inconveniently organized.
