It has various features that are useful. User interface is good. Needs improvement in functionality and problem solving.

Pros

Reporting, and receipt searching. Looking up tabs.

Cons

Adjusting payments and discounts is difficult. Gift card usage is really difficult.

It has been a great success for our company

Pros

I like how easily the customer can use this software to customize their own experience.

Cons

Small glitches, slow downs, etc, mainly from being newer and still developing.

Pros

The features are second to none with the shared tabs taking the lead. The Kitchen display system is a favorite with clients as well.

Cons

While they have an internal loyalty platform and some great integrations, I would like to see some more third party integrations.
