We have been using RoomCloud for many years for our hotel, for managing the hotel's rates and availability. It's an excellent tool for monitoring and optimizing online sales. Very simple, especially for configuring new channels, and it also provides interesting reports.

The software allows simple usage of its features

The support should be faster. Sometimes when we open a ticket we wait also more than one day and it's not possible to receive a phone assistance.
