Pros

Es una herramienta super completa para poder dar visibilidad a todos los departamentos de tu empresa en vivo. Además incorpora múltiples conectores para poder interactuar y generar una experiencia 360º con todos tus clientes.

Cons

No hay nada que no me guste ya que todo se puede costumizar fácilmente

Supone una nueva forma de abordar los nuevos clientes con un canal directo, que permite que reciban información sin intermediarios. Sin necesidad de rellenar formularios, sin necesidad de esperar. La inmediatez hace que los clientes que han entrado a través de ésta vía estén más dispuestos para la comprar por la rapidez de la atención.

Pros

Nuestros clientes eligen que comercial quieren que le atienda, y lo hacen de forma directa. Ellos eligen y dan el paso, si necesidad de tener un Call Center. Esto es muy agradable para el cliente, porque es rápido y efectivo, no necesitan explicar lo que buscan varias veces.

Cons

De momento, todo es positivo y estamos contentos con su uso.
