My boss raves about how easy it is to calculate hours and paychecks, and it is so easy for me to make an acurate estimate of my paycheck based on actual hours workeD!! LOVE IT! Pros I can see my hours on a regular basis- not just when I clock in or out.. Much easier than the old time clocks!! Pros That it can help the business office get the proper payroll hours turned in with efficiency.
