It allows us to have efficient reports for our records and keep all in order. Pros We use timeclock plus for accountability. This works much better than any punch card. Cons Easy to use. I love the ability to use my phone to clock in remotely when I run errands or have meetings before I come in to the office. Cons There are infrequent times where the software goes offline when I need to clock in remotely and I have to wait until I am in office to clock in and then correct the punch. July 26, 2018 4.0 Excellent employee management Pros I really like the simple punch in process. It is an excellent tool if you have multiple computers being used by multiple employees at rotating desks Cons There is little room for error. If you don't complete the punch in, the employee is not clocked in or clocked out. If the employee forgets to clock out, a manager has to go in and fix it. There is not warning about long periods without clocking out. It is impossible to clock out after the "error" threshold has been met. Review Source SW Shannon W. I really like it, before we utilized a Kronos sys that was really slow. Pros I love that you can clock in without a password, it takes less than 30 seconds to use. I also like how you can file virtual tickets . Cons I don't dislike anything about this software, although it could use some better graphics. Not just a drop-down menu. Pros Fairly straight forward not bad to use on daily basis. Has most of the functionality needed by our Payroll team. Pros TimeClock Plus is an easy to use tool to keep track of staff hours, their time off requests. It has a Teleclock feature, so if staff are not at a physical location, they can clock in and keep track of their hours. Cons There is nothing I don't like about TimeClock Plus. The hard part is remembering to clock in and out in a new way! Pros I think it will be very easy to submit my time card. Very little work involved. Cons There are a few glitches to where the times are not being recorded accurately. However the company rep has been great to help us work through getting those things fixed. I love being able to see how many hours I have so far in the period. It's easy for my co-workers to use and easy to show all new hires. It doesn't take ages to get someone set up. Pros Clocking out is easy & pain free. You're able to see your entire week & easily change things that are wrong. Nice for small to mid sized companies. No need for a separate time clock or for paper time cards. We currently have downsized our practice and only have me and the doctor, so we do not have a need for the software. But it was great when we did have staff. Pros Software made it very easy to get reports and figure out information to provide to our accountants. We are a very small business and it allowed us to keep accurate track of our employee hours, It is easy for staff to clock in and out. Cons Nothing that I can think of. I know we did not use the software to its fullest extent. Pros TimeClock Plus is easy to navigate. I like that if I forget to punch out, it will correct me the next time I use it. I can punch in breaks and my daily hours with the ability to approve my own hours as well as get managerial approval. The interface is easy to use and it isn't too complicated. Cons Adjusting an employees time for lunch when they forgot to clock out. if lunch was taken by error you can't just delete the break you must delete the segment and re add original clock time. Pros The application TimeClock Plus is fairly user friendly. There are ways to check on the amount of hours that you are working, as well as an easy access to changes in time sheets.
