I've been using it for years and I'm happy with it. The only downside is that it's more convenient for clients, in a more advantageous format for the professionals.

A convenient format for recordings for the master. It's quite simple to locate everything, enter data and create services

The widget and ease of adding to our website. I like the support we get too, the team send helpful images via whatsapp!

What I like most about EasyWeek is how simple and convenient it is for both me and my clients. The booking process is clear, appointments are organized automatically, and reminders help reduce missed visits. It saves me a lot of time on scheduling and communication, allowing me to focus more on my work. The interface is intuitive, and managing my calendar has become much easier since I started using EasyWeek.

Cons

Better than other platforms I have used before. There are some suggestions that I would love to have as I have written before. But it's great in use.

Pros

Easy to work with, not the most expensive, easy to reschedule appointments, labels are helpfull and it's nice that I can add images to the sevrices.

Cons

I would love to add products that I sell whenever I am 'checking out' a service to a customer. Some services need an intake, it would be nice if I could add it and automate it to services whenever a clients books something specific. Sometimes a service has optios to personalize it, it is still a bit difficult to arrange that.

Overall, our experience with EasyWeek has been positive. The platform is easy to use, quick to implement, and provides a professional booking experience for customers. It is particularly suitable for small businesses getting started with online bookings. However, as businesses grow, limitations become more noticeable, especially regarding integrations with German accounting and POS solutions. Greater transparency around subscription changes and stronger support for business integrations would significantly improve the platform.

Pros

EasyWeek was very easy to set up and allowed us to start accepting online bookings quickly. The integrated website and booking widget worked well, and the interface was intuitive enough that our team could use it without extensive training. For a small business, it offers a fast way to get started with online appointment management.

Cons

The biggest limitations for us are the lack of integrations with software commonly used by German businesses and the way subscription changes were handled. While EasyWeek covers appointment scheduling well, we cannot properly connect it with our accounting and POS systems, which creates additional manual work. We were also affected by unilateral changes to the scope of our subscription, resulting in features and conditions differing from what we originally signed up for. For a growing business, predictability and transparency are extremely important.

Overall, EasyWeek has made my daily workflow more organised and predictable. As a solo operator, I rely heavily on efficient scheduling, and the platform has helped reduce administrative time significantly. Clients appreciate the ability to book online, and the automated reminders have noticeably improved attendance. While there are areas that could be more customisable for niche businesses like dog grooming, the core system is reliable, intuitive, and continues to improve with updates.

Pros

EasyWeek has genuinely streamlined the way I manage my daily schedule. The platform is intuitive, visually clean, and easy for both me and my clients to navigate. Online booking has reduced the constant back‑and‑forth messaging, and the automated reminders have noticeably lowered no‑shows. I also appreciate how simple it is to update services, adjust timings, and keep everything organised in one place. For a small grooming business, these features save a significant amount of time and help maintain a professional image.

Cons

One of the biggest drawbacks for me has been the design and flexibility of the EasyWeek widgets. The current widget options feel visually outdated and don’t offer enough control over layout, spacing, or branding. Customisation is limited, especially when trying to match the widget to a business’s colour scheme or overall style. Some elements can’t be removed or rearranged, which makes the booking page look less polished than I’d like. In addition, certain features shown in older versions are no longer supported, yet the new widget settings don’t always appear or load correctly, making it difficult to adjust or troubleshoot. For a platform that aims to provide a modern booking experience, the widget design tools still need significant improvement.
