super happy, I'd recommend it 100%! also great customer experience, they answer very fast. we won't go back, with this, appointment scheduling works amazingly well

it's super user friendly, easy to use and the UX for the customers is great!! we came from another provider, and thanks to this we doubled our conversion rate in new bookings.

Cons

some details like multiple service selection, being able to choose notifications (all our team gets an email when we have a booking).. but that's it.

Really would like to add more custom information. Maybe it would be great to have a new section as blog. To write about the events. And it would be better for SEO to.

In unseren Luxo Beauty Salons hat es sich gut bewährt, insgesamt sehr positive Erfahrung.

Pros

Wir haben die Software in unseren Salons und Mobilservices getestet, einschließlich Luxo Beauty, was die Koordination von Team und Terminen deutlich erleichtert. Einfaches und übersichtliches Interface, schnell zu erlernen. Effiziente Terminplanung und Online-Buchungsmöglichkeiten für Kunden – in unseren Luxo Beauty Salons sehr praktisch.

Cons

Die Gebühren für die Anbindung eigener Domains sind etwas hoch. Einige Funktionen sind in der Demo-Version weniger übersichtlich und erfordern etwas Einarbeitung. Die heruntergeladenen Apps funktionierten nicht immer optimal und waren nicht immer intuitiv.

Pros

It's convenient that all processes—client registration, the database, service and financial accounting—are consolidated in one place. The interface is generally intuitive, simplifying the work of the administrator and technicians. A special plus is the automatic client reminders, which help reduce absenteeism.

Cons

1) If a client reschedules an appointment, they will not receive a new SMS notification. 2) If an operator transfers a client's appointment to another technician, the new technician does not receive a push message informing him of the client's appointment.

Excelente. Rapida y funcional. Facil de gestionar. La unica opcion que encontre en el mercado a buen precio y calidad. Era lo que necesitaba.

Permite gestionar varias agendas a la vez, facil de usar. Uso lo basico ero es estupenda. Permite reservar a los clientes online.. es economica.

Cons

Carga lento el inicio. Pero en lo demas es excelente. Tambien cuesta que cargue rapido cuando se esta añadiendo un pago a la caja.

Pros

I liked how easy it is to use and how quickly I could set up online booking. It’s simple, clear, and saves a lot of time.

Cons

What I liked least was that it wasn’t always easy to understand the pricing plans and current offers. Some discounts I saw during sign up were not easy to find later, which caused confusion and made it harder to decide which subscription I actually have or should choose.

Everything is good, using app for sports complex over 3 years and I like it. Very good integrations with over services

Customer support is very fast and good, also the service is suitable for many spheres, for example I use it for sport complex and it is working.

Cons

All good, but I think price could be a little smaller, Connecting stripe is very expensive commission 2,9 + 29cents thats too much. And would be great if I could select several booking and press that it is paid.

The workflow, design and everything is good looking, all the systems are logically designed. First adaptation and setting up takes a bit more time.

Pros

In overall the system is good looking and working great. Customers like booking system and workers the workflow.

Cons

Sometimes there is loading errors, small bug fixes takes too long to fix. Do not like that Easyweek is trying to promote everywhere itself (in emails to customers etc), should be more for business oriented and promoting users.
