**Overall:** Overall, EasyWeek has made my daily workflow more organised and predictable. As a solo operator, I rely heavily on efficient scheduling, and the platform has helped reduce administrative time significantly. Clients appreciate the ability to book online, and the automated reminders have noticeably improved attendance. While there are areas that could be more customisable for niche businesses like dog grooming, the core system is reliable, intuitive, and continues to improve with updates.

**Pros:** EasyWeek has genuinely streamlined the way I manage my daily schedule. The platform is intuitive, visually clean, and easy for both me and my clients to navigate. Online booking has reduced the constant back‑and‑forth messaging, and the automated reminders have noticeably lowered no‑shows. I also appreciate how simple it is to update services, adjust timings, and keep everything organised in one place. For a small grooming business, these features save a significant amount of time and help maintain a professional image.

**Cons:** One of the biggest drawbacks for me has been the design and flexibility of the EasyWeek widgets. The current widget options feel visually outdated and don’t offer enough control over layout, spacing, or branding. Customisation is limited, especially when trying to match the widget to a business’s colour scheme or overall style. Some elements can’t be removed or rearranged, which makes the booking page look less polished than I’d like. In addition, certain features shown in older versions are no longer supported, yet the new widget settings don’t always appear or load correctly, making it difficult to adjust or troubleshoot. For a platform that aims to provide a modern booking experience, the widget design tools still need significant improvement.
