It\`s been a year of using EasyWeek! And now I know that it was the best solution for my business. All the analytics in front of my eyes, personal management and finally order in the schedule. During this difficult year, we managed to optimize our forces and even make money. I think that the program has helped us a lot. And important to notice that it has the best tech support I've ever seen!

Cons

During the year, all my requests for improvements to the app were fulfilled.

very good experience only. No major concerns and great customer service. They are located in Russia and my business in USA. So customers sometimes being confused with address settings and the date format

Pros

I like the customer service and tech support being available when I need it. Easy interact on my end and customers end. Have been with with them for couple years and will continue.

Cons

sometimes it is hard to connect services and make them life. Also sometimes it is hard to explain the team what I want and even harder to follow the steps they provide. It would be easier if the tech support support would be able to fix things o their end.

It is definitely a professional booking management package, but I think it might benefit with a less crowded interface.

Pros

The sign-up process was easy. It was good to have a free trial before potentially committing to a subscription. It has a lot of features that look useful. I like that it has an API for developers and templates for existing industries. I appreciate that the free trial doesn't renew automatically and you don't have to give a credit card just to try it.

Cons

I received an error when I tried to delete my account, and when I contacted customer support, they told me how to do it in the software, despite my having already explained I received an error when trying that. Nevertheless, they confirmed in the next email that they would do it manually. The customer service was overall good.

I have found everything to be easy to find and simple to set up in the settings. There are so many options so that the calendar can be customized.

Pros

It is easy to make appointments and keep track of my calendar. I like how they use colors to show the different accounts.

Cons

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the app. It has been very easy to use and instinctual on how to use it.

Pros

I liked the lay out and easy it was to use. I feel anyone can utilize this tech people and non tech people.

Cons

I wish it was a little cheaper but that's just due to my own financial situation otherwise it was reasonable.

Der Kundenservice ist super! Die Online-Anmeldungen der Kunden funktionieren reibungslos und werden gut angenommen. Ich finde das es bei mehreren Standorten preislich einen Rabatt geben könnte.

Pros

Die Funktionen sind benutzerfreundlich und leicht zu bedienen. Man findet schnell, was man sucht, und alles funktioniert einwandfrei. Die optische Gestaltung gefällt mir ebenfalls sehr. Besonders positiv sind die tollen Statistiken, die bereitgestellt werden. Sie helfen, den Überblick zu behalten und wichtige Informationen schnell zu erfassen.

Cons

Die Webseite gefällt mir insgesamt gut, aber ich denke, dass die eigene Gestaltung noch mehr Funktionen vertragen könnte. Es wäre hilfreich, wenn man mehr Anpassungsmöglichkeiten hätte, um die Seite individueller zu gestalten.

Dass manche Beschreibungen nur auf Englisch sind wenn man Probleme hat was einzurichten . Dass auf sämtlichen Rechnungen BARZAHLUNG steht auch wenn nicht bar bezahlt wird

Fast alles, das buchen das verschieben die stornierung, kunden kartei blockierung ist slles top !!!!

Cons

Manche Terminlücken zeigt es im Onlinesystem nicht an wenn Kunden buchen wollen… Weil wenn um 10:00 ein kunde einen Termin hat und es dauert bis 10:25 und der nächste kunde hat um 10:50 den termin ist ja dazwischen um 10:25 - 10:50 ein freier slot den kann ich im mitarbeiterbereich sehen aber der kunde sieht diesen termin nicht leider

Ich teste EasyWeek seit über 6 Monate. Einfach perfekt. Ich überlege es zu abonnieren. Leider versteh ich noch nicht wie.

Pros

Fantastisch, es ist so simpel kompakt und hilfreich. Ich könnte nicht mehr Ohne. Beste Entscheidung.

Cons

Keine alles perfekt. Ausser das manchmal Termine nicht im Kalender automatisch aufschaltet. Mann muss erst auf den Tag, Termin atippen und dann erscheint er erst. Haber find ich nicht schlimm.

Gelegentlich gibt es kleinere technische Unstimmigkeiten, aber das Support-Team reagiert schnell und bemüht sich, Probleme zu lösen. Einige Funktionen könnten noch etwas weiterentwickelt werden.

Es ist schnell und übersichtlich zu Handhaben und zu Konfigurieren, auch die Webseite mit den Buchungen ist Toll.

Cons

Ich kann nicht eine Dienstleistung so einstellen das ich Montags, Mittwochs und Freitags nur von 17-19 uhr und Samstags von 11-15 Uhr

Very positive experience overall. Despite some minor translation issues, the platform is reliable and has significantly improved our scheduling process.

Pros

The software is very easy to use and intuitive. It has a clean interface and helps our business manage bookings much more efficiently than before.

Cons

The Lithuanian translation could be improved as some phrases are inaccurate, and date formats should be more flexible. Also, the Gift Cards section needs improvement in terms of design and technical functionality to be more user-friendly.
