I have found everything to be easy to find and simple to set up in the settings. There are so many options so that the calendar can be customized.

Pros

It is easy to make appointments and keep track of my calendar. I like how they use colors to show the different accounts.

Cons

There wasn't anything that I didn't like about the app. It has been very easy to use and instinctual on how to use it.

Transparent- einfach bedienbar und toller Service . Die Business App und Kunden App sind ein unschlagbares Argument. Gisela

Der Produktverkauf ist noch sehr spärlich sichtbar . Auch der Benutzer sollte sich selbst eintragen können.

Over all my experience was good I sadly didn't utilize it as much as I should have I had a lot going on but definitely will be coming back.

Pros

I liked the lay out and easy it was to use. I feel anyone can utilize this tech people and non tech people.

Cons

I wish it was a little cheaper but that's just due to my own financial situation otherwise it was reasonable.

La facilidad de uso para reservar citas algo que agradecen siempre los pacientes , lo completa de utilidades

Cons

El tener que pagar los bloques de SMS. Preferiría que costase algo más y los incluyese. Antes de estar pendiente de si se han acabado o no

Ich bin Inhaberin von MoMo Beauty Space Kosmetik Salon in Frankfurt am Main und habe vor einiger Zeit nach einem Tool gesucht, mit dem ich meine Kunden verwalten kann. Ich bin auf Easy Week gestoßen und es hat mich sofort überzeugt. Ich kann ganz einfach Kunden Daten verwalten, Termine im Online-Kalender von meinen Kunden selbst anlegen lassen, es gibt ein tolles Benachrichtigungs System und vieles mehr. Auch die Einahmen und Ausgaben lassen sich managen, sowie die Inventur meiner Produkte. Meinen verschiedenen Mitarbeiterinnen weise ich verschiedene Zugriffsrechte zu und Sie organisieren sich Ihre Kunden selbständig. Wir sind von Easy Week total begeistert und konnten seit der Einführung bei MoMo Beauty Space dadurch sehr viel Zeit einsparen. Schaut es euch am Besten selbst an. Pros

It\`s been a year of using EasyWeek! And now I know that it was the best solution for my business. All the analytics in front of my eyes, personal management and finally order in the schedule. During this difficult year, we managed to optimize our forces and even make money. I think that the program has helped us a lot. And important to notice that it has the best tech support I've ever seen!

Cons

During the year, all my requests for improvements to the app were fulfilled.

Am besten gefällt mir, dass ich dank EasyWeek endlich die Vielahl an Kundenterminen besser einplanen konnte. Die Software ermöglicht es uns schnell und simpel Termine zu vergeben, womit wir letztendlich unsere Lead Conversion erhöhen konnten!

Cons

Momentan sind wir mit allem sehr zufrieden. Dank dem hervorragenden Support konnten alle auftretenden Fragen schnellstens beantwortet werden.

EasyWeek hat mich mit dem modernen und intuitiven Design direkt beeindruckt. Hervorzuheben ist allerdings erneut vor allem die Kommunikation mit dem Entwicklerteam. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und bleiben (hoffentlich) EasyWeek noch lange als Kunde erhalten!

Ich bin sehr, sehr zufrieden

Pros

Einfache Bedienung, sehr guter Support, viele Funktionen. Die Einstellungsoptionen sind perfekt.

Cons

Es wäre prima, wenn man bei Terminen die telefonisch vereinbart werden auch den Kundennamen sichtbar machen kann, ohne gleich alle Daten des Kunden ins System einzuflegen. Eine Monatsansicht des Kalenders wäre vorteilhaft.
